DEED OF UNDERTAKING

I, REY G. TUPAS, Filipino, of legal age, widower, and residing at Hinobaan, Negros Occidental, after
having been sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am one of the heirs of the late Ricardo Tupas, with authority to represent the other heirs,
namely: ANNABELLE T. OYCO, ELVIS G. TUPAS, RICARDO G. TUPAS, JR., DAISY T.
BAQUILLOS, and MARY JANE T. CUBID by virtue of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate of the
Deceased Ricardo Tupas and Anacorita G. Tupas with Special Power of Attorney notarized on
January 18, 2017.

2. That one of the Heirs of Ricardo Tupas, JOSE LESLIE G. TUPAS, is currently residing abroad
and cannot personally sign the foregoing Extrajudicial Settlement of the Estate with Special
Power of Attorney in my favor.

3. That I hereby undertake to represent and bind all the co-owners/heirs herein mentioned to
renew/amend a Contract of Lease with Globe Telecom, Inc. (Globe) involving a property located
at Barrio Po-ok, Hinoba-an, formerly Cauayan, Negros Occidental, owned by the co-owners/heirs
herein mentioned and covered by TCT No. T-78519.

4. I hereby undertake to hold in trust any and all rental payments corresponding to the share of
JOSE LESLIE G. TUPAS.

5. I hereby undertake that my co-heirs/owners or their successors-in-interest shall have no claim

against Globe regarding any rental payments/monies processed and received in my favor by
reason of the Contract of Lease or any renewal/amendment thereof involving the said property.

6. In the event that my co-heirs/owners or any person makes a claim against Globe for the rental
payment/monies or damages in connection or arising from the Contract of Lease with Globe , I
shall be solely and exclusively liable to pay the claim in full without right of reimbursement from
Globe. Further, I shall be personally responsible to Globe for whatever liability or damages that
Globe Telecom may suffer by reason of this representation or payments made in my favor.

7. I warrant to keep Globe in continuous and peaceful possession of the Leased Premises.

8. I warrant and undertake to defend, indemnify and hold Globe free and harmless from any and all
claims, suits, damages, losses and expenses including but not limited to attorneys fees, brought
by any of the co-owners/heirs, their successors-in-interest as well as other third persons who may
have a claim over said property, arising out of or resulting from any violation of the herein stated
warranties and/or undertakings in relation to the Contract of Lease or any renewal/amendment
thereof.
