Water-Based PU Bituminous Waterproofing Liquid Membrane

PENTENS T-100 adalah produk PU bituminous waterproofing senyawa untuk digunakan pada permukaan
internal dan eksternal. Sehingga itu akan sempurna untuk hampir setiap permukaan seperti beton, batu, logam
dan kayu. lni dapat diterapkan untuk struktur baru atau lama, dan pada ikatan permukaan basah. Juga dapat
dicampurkan dengan pasir, sehingga dapat membentuk adukan semen untuk setiap konsistensi yang
diinginkan. Dapat digunakan untuk lantai slab, balkon, teras, kamar mandi, RC selokan, kolam renang, tangki air,
bawah tanah dan dinding penahan.

PENTENS T T-100
100 is a specially produced PU bituminous waterproofing compound for use on both intemal and
external surfaces. It will bond perfectly to most surface such as concrete, masonry, metal and timber It may be
applied to new or existing structures, and will bond to a damp surface. It also can be mixed with sand, to form a
mortar of any desired consistency. It can be use for floor slab, balcony, patio, bathroom, RC gutter, planter box,
swimming pool, water tank, basement and retaining wall.

CARA PENGGUNAAN
Dengan kuas, roller, atau alat penyeprot. Permukaan,yang hendak dilapisi harus kering dan bersih. Bersihkan
seluruh permukaan yang hendak dilapisi PENTENS 1-100. Lalu pada lapisan pertama gunakan PENTENS 1-100
pada permukaannya,
permukaannya lapisan pertama harus dioleskan dalam satu arah saja.

CARA PENGGUNAAN
PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 disarankan untuk digunakan setidaknya 2 lapisan. Lapisan pertama harus digunakan
dalam satu arah saja. Jika mungkin lapisan kedua digunakan di sudut kanan untuk pertama didiamkan untuk
dikeringkan sekitar 8 jam sebelum menerapkan lapisan kedua. PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 dapat dipasang dengan
peralatan konvensional, alat semprot, kuas atau roller.

APPLICATION
PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 is suggested to apply 2 coats. Apply the first coat of PENTENS FLESEAL T-200 on the

Cementitious Waterproofing Coating

PENTENS T-305TH adalah waterproofing coating yang berbahan dasar semen yang menggabungkan 2
komponen poiimer. Diaplikasikan langsung pada beton dan adukan semen untuk mencegah masuknya air.
Dapat digunakan pada tangki air minum, talang air, lantai dan dinding kamar mandi, basement, dan dinding
bendungan.

PENTENS T-305TH is cement based waterproofing coating incorporates 2 polymer components. Apply directly to
concrete and mortar to prevent water infiltration. Can be users potable water tank, RC gutter, bathroom floor and

CARA PENGGUNAAN
Tambahkan PENTENS T-305TH (bagian A) secara bertahap ke PENTENS T-305TH (bagian B) (dapat ditambahkan
air sesuai kebutuhan, max tidak lebih dari 1 kg) dan aduk rata sampai menyatu sepenuhnya dengan semen.
Plester pertama dan selesaikan lapisan PENTENS T-305TH ke permukaan dengan menggunakan kuas, roller, atau
alat semprot. Waktu antara 4-8 jam, dan pastikan bahwa lapisan pertama dari plester telah dikeringkan dan
dibentuk sebagai membrane.

APPLICATION
Add PENTENS T-305TH (Part A) gradually to the PENTENS T-305TH (Part B) (can be added <1kg of water for
smooth application) and mix thoroughly until it blends completely with cement compound. Apply or plaster first
and finish coal of PENTENS T-305TH to construction surface by using brush, roller of spray method. The time
interval between coat shall be 4 - 8 hours, and make sure that the first layer of plastering has been dried and
formed as membrane.

Concrete often cracks. It is inevitably recognized and experienced. Concrete construction requires construction
joints and cold joints. All of these unwanted openings in concrete structures may cause very serious problems of
water leakage. Most of these problems can be economically solved by utilizing the PENTENS High Pressure
Injection Systems. PENTENS PU-300 one part polyurethane grouting is 100% solvent free and 100% solids. Its
have been proven to accomplish two major purposes: one is to stop water leakage permanently, and the other is
to maintain or even restore design strength. Slabs on grade, construction or control joints, parking garages,
manholes, tanks, dams, and many other structures can now be fixed permanently. PENTENS PU-300 is approved
for drinking water contact.
