-secluded haven, a private beach located in Buruanga Aklan
-a quiet picnic with friends and family
- perfect for snorkeling and scuba diving

ARIELs POINT
-5 levels of cliff diving.

BAT CAVES
I visited the bat caves just at sunset. I had been told that the bats fly out of the caves at sunset. Sure
enough out they came. So many that they almost turned the sky black.

Balinghai Beach, or Magic Island

- This should be a private hotel beach, but the owners allow anyone to come in by just paying 500 pesos
consumable entry.
-with entrance fee to Magic Island
-cliff diving
- Secluded , private beach with a 500PP per person consumable via food, drinks or services.. just a few
minutes away from the main trend Boracay area. Small quiet beach, with good food and drinks.. a
couple of hundreds steps down from main gate: need to be in good physical shape going down and later
up. Food was surprisingly good. Try the desserts... great recipes
- This place was part of our island hopping tour. It is small. Not much to do there. We swam and took
pictures.
- Balinghai is a small beach thats only accessible during low tide. During high tide its under water. Its
main appeal is that you can have dinner on the beach, right next to the water. And usually youll be the
only one there.
Because the beach belongs to the Balinghai Beach Resort there is an entrance fee, which is P500/$10
per person. The entrance fee is consumable as credit for the restaurant. For children of 8 years old and
younger entrance is free.

Willys Rock
-@station 1
-free
-Sunset is great in this place though.
- Drop by if you're in station 1
- Beautiful volcanic formation. Boracay's landmark. Lots of tourists go there, though, even in early
morning hours.
- The place of interest is either man made or natural. What made it stand out is the grotto & it is clearly
seen as the only obstruction to the white beach view of Boracay.
- beautiful religious spot in a beautiful beach. Serves as the "guardian"of the island. The grotto serves to
remind every vacationeer not to forget to be grateful for the Graces of God which allowed them to visit
one of the world's best beaches...

Note: Staying for a sunset at Puka Beach is one of life's great pleasures but be prepared to
walk to the main road, from the beach and pay high trike prices to get back to the center of Boracay

Ilig-iligan Beach.
-interesting sights (ultra-luxurious Monaco Suites, and the beautiful rock formation known as the
Keyhole for its shape.
-Ilig-iligan is a secluded beach accessible via boat, motorbike, or bicycle.
-inland caves you can explore; the bat caves are reportedly half an hour from the beach.
-no resorts there, its quite popular for island hoppers during the Habagat season
-snorkeling and even diving.
Secret Beaches: Untouched Nature
Boracay has 2 beaches that are inaccessible via any roads, making them hidden from public view.
Theyre both beautiful as you can see. The unique thing about them is their untouched nature and
having the beach all to yourself.
#1This beach is located close to Ilig Iligan Beach, so if you want to go on a little adventure and discover
this beach, go there. And dont forget to bring your swimsuit ( hint)

Kar - Tir Shell Museum

Boracay offers some really amazing and outstanding natural scenic destinations along with some
magnificent museums and galleries.
Kar-Tir Shell Museum is a very interesting and fabulous museum in the city. This museum is home to the
collection of traditional attire of the native tribes and textiles of the county. It also exhibits the art and
carvings along with the pottery articles collected from all over. Visitors can also find a very impressive
exhibit of sea shells which are widely popular among the ocean lovers. This is a great place to learn more
about the culture and tradition of the area as it offers more to see and experience. Visiting Kar - Tir
Museum is a great experience and truly educational. This museum is best for kids and young as well, as
the visitors can learn a lot from the displays and natural ecosystem.

Diniwid Beach
Dini-iwid is a place if you don't like a crowd of people at the main beach, the place is perfectly calming
and have only 2 place for me to go with to have my dinner or luncheeeee! either at mama's fish house
or at spider house. this is the only best place for me to also g swimming and kayaking. at night mama's
fish house can serve you a delightfully prepared dinner while having a very nice soothing music where
you forgot that it is almost midnight, and after midnight there is also a tok-tok service for 150.00 to send
you to the main beach to go party.
- A lovely little beach with excellent bars. The beach is clean & tidy, tucked away from the bustle of
White beach.
- Diniwid is a small beach just 3 minutes north of White Beach. Although the beach itself is nice, the
main appeal of Diniwid to me is Spider House. Spider House is a loungey resto-bar built on the side of a
cliff. It has direct access to the sea for swimming, and a great sunset view.

Spiders
We only had drinks here but viewed an interesting menu that seemed to specialise in Pizza and Japanese
Food.
To get there you have to walk through a cave. Then you climb the stairs and you end up on this hilltop
restaurant overlooking the ocean. You may jump from the restaurant to the water! Or use their giant
water trampoline, if you manage to climb it! You can reach the restaurant through the beach. No need
to walk to town to reach it. It is a bit hidden but there are paths that will take you there. If you are a
vegetarian you may try vegetable adobo.
One beer -60.. bucket 300

Bulabog Beach: Kite & Windsurfing

- Bulabog is the wind and kitesurfing beach during windy season, which runs from November to April.
During low season its a parking spot for boats. It runs parallel to White Beach, on the opposite east-side
of the island. The walking distance between the two is 5 to 10 minutes.
-Definitely not for swimming
It's not just the beach that's dirty. It's also the paths leading to the beach, as if all these people who live
in and off of the island don't care.

Yes, it's quieter than White Beach and much closer than Puka Beach if you're staying in one of the
Stations but seriously, I would not recommend swimming there.
-Since this is where most of the water acitivies are, expect it to be dirty and not for swimming. It is too
crowded.

Boracay Butterfly Garden in Philippines is situated on the Bolabog Beach, on a 1600 sq.m beachfront
property, which is only a 4 minute walk from the D'Mall Shopping Centre or a 7 minute walk from White
Beach, via the path that runs on the north side of the BWSS.
Mount Luho/ Activities
Boracay Butterfly Garden in Philippines, established in 2002 and opened to the public in April 2005,
holds Wildlife and Collector's Permit from the DENR/PAWB and is registered to breed butterflies. The
striking features of Boracay Butterfly Garden in Philippines include:

The beautiful, netted, tropical garden that contains hundreds of live Philippine butterflies of many
different species, and in excess of 150 plant species.

Observe the caterpillars and pupae closely in the nursery section.

The adjoining Gift Shop specializes in Philippine Handicrafts, eg Romblon marble, nito, abaca, Aklan
pottery, etc.

The restaurant serves light snacks and hot/cold drinks.

The same building may be rented out for private parties. One of its specialties is providing live butterfly
releases for weddings and other special occasions.

Description of the Hotel and Amenities

As evident by its name, Boracay Butterfly Garden boasts of a beautiful garden populated by around 200
to 300 different butterfly species, as well as 150 classes of plants. The various butterflies and plants that
comprise the garden are all specifically labeled so that the visitors can easily identify them. Also, visitors
may be able to observe the stages of the butterflies developmental cycle through either the main
garden or the nursery. There is also a restaurant that serves snacks and beverages, as well as a souvenir
shop that is situated just next to the garden. In addition, since Boracay Butterfly Garden is located by the
beachfront, guests can engage in certain water-based activities such as swimming, snorkeling, and kite
boarding. The main garden is open from 8 AM to 5 PM, with an entrance fee of 100 pesos for adult
foreign visitors, 50 pesos for adult Filipino visitors, and 25 pesos for kids.

Tambisaan Beach: Snorkeling <RIGHT SIDE>

Tambisaan is the only beach in Boracay that has a large amount of marine life. Its great for snorkeling.
To get to the marine life, walk about one third along the beach and then swim about 25 meters into the
bay. The best time to visit is during high season, with little wind.
Secret Beach #2
This beach is located close to Tambisaan Beach. To get to it you have to walk through a beautiful little
forest that also happens to have some great high-up views of the area.

Mt.Luho View Deck

Mount Luho/ Activities
- Ask for the road to Bulabog Beach, easy to find, once you get to the beach turn left and walk about 10
mins or less. Where are you coming from, which direction on the main road. Anyway, just ask, everyone
knows it. .
There seem to be 2 observation towers, I just went up the 1st one, cost 70peso I think.
There is an entrance fee of 120pesos/pp but there is no time limit one can spend up there.
Views were very good, although it was cloudy when I went up. Crtainly worth doing I think. Afterwards, I
just followed the road along & back around to where it joined the main road again.

Mount Luho
An overlooking view at the highest point of Boracay
I hired a tricycle to go to Mount Luho which is the highest point in Boracay. There was an entrance of
P150 pesos and there is a need to climb to the steps and also to the viewing deck. The view was great
since you can look around and view the whole Boracay island. You can see from the distance especially
station 2 which is abundant of activity such as parasailing etc.. There is a place to eat there and a
souvenir shop. Also, there is an area there where you can put on the traditional costume of a Boracay
tribe. You just have to pay another P50 pesos and it is a picture all you want for the costumes. The shape
of heart with flower decorations is a nice spot to take a picture with the overlooking background.

D' Talipapa Market

-A small market where you can buy seafood and get the nearby restaurants to cook them for you. An
interesting experience but the prices of the seafood is marked up due to tourism, so you need to bargain
really hard to get at reasonable prices.

Sand Castle Photo @white beach

One of the proof that you have been to Boracay is your photo with a sand castle. You can see couple of
this sand castle along the white sand beach of Boracay.
During early mornings, when the sun rises in the east, the Sand Castle will look great because the details
are very clear. The carvings will be very visible and it is during this time of the day when tourists are still
very fresh
