Super Hold Hair Gel S-G0001

Procedure:
1. Disperse Carbopol* 940 Polymer in rapidly-agitating, room
temperature deionized water. Mix until a uniform dispersion is
produced.
2. Neutralize the dispersion with triethanolamine (PART A), mix until
uniform. This finishes PART A.
3. Dissolve VP/VA copolymer and panthenol in SD alcohol-40. This
finishes PART B.
4. Slowly add PART B to PART A with moderate mixing until smooth.
5. Heat Oleth-20 until clear. Add fragrance, PEG/PPG-18/18
dimethicone, and PEG-45 palm kernel glycerides. Mix until uniform.
This finishes PART C.
6. Slowly add PART C to PART A/B with moderate mixing. Mix until
uniform.
7. Add the ingredients of PART D in order with moderate mixing to
finish product.

COMMENTS:
1. Due to the high level of alcohol in this formulation, it is recommended
that customers review the environmental and regulatory requirements of
the states and countries where they wish to market this type of product to
be sure that they are in compliance with local VOC regulations (i.e.
California, New York, Texas).

2. Due to the high level of flammable ingredients, follow safety

precautions appropriate for the handling of flammable liquids.
