4.0 DEFINICIONES
4.1 Proveedor
Organizacin que suministra materias primas,
productos semielaborados, componentes o
servicios, y de cuyo diseo pueden ser
responsables.
4.2 Subcontratista Tipo A
Son aquellos en los que para el alcance del
suministro, se incluyen actividades de diseo.
4.2.1. Tipo A1 : Subcontratistas con
actividades de evaluacin y seguimiento de
suministradores, compra de material, edicin
de procesos de fabricacin y aceptacin del
producto en ANN
4.2.2. Tipo A2 : Subcontratistas con
actividades de compra de material, edicin de
procesos de fabricacin, suministradores

4.1. Supplier
Organisation that supplies raw materials, semi-
processed products, components or services, the
design of which may be their responsibility.
4.2 Type A subcontractor
These are subcontractors whose work, within the
scope of the supply, includes design activities.
4.2.1. Type A1 : Subcontractors whose activities
include supplier assessment and monitoring,

4.5. Distribuidor (Tipo D)
Organizacin que recepciona, almacena y
mantiene la trazabilidad de los productos y los
distribuye bajo las mismas condiciones en las
que fueron certificadas por el fabricante
original. Tambin si aplicable, representante
autorizado por el fabricante para el desempeo
de la gestin comercial de sus fabricados.

4.5. Distributor (Type D)
Organisation that receives, stores and maintains
the traceability of products and distributes these
under the same conditions in which these were
certified by the original manufacturer. Also, if
applicable, representative authorised by the
manufacturer to carry out the sales management
of his products.

4.6. Proveedores de materia prima,
qumicos, estandares y/o materiales de
catlogo (Tipo E)
Organizacin que suministra materia prima,
qumicos, estandares o P/N de catlogo, de los
cuales son fabricantes, o, en el caso de
concesionarios, entregan materiales bajo las
mismas condiciones en lasque fueron
certificados por el fabricante original,
garantizando la trazabilidad, o, si procede,
suministran productos con la responsabilidad
delegada del fabricante para llevar a cabo su
gestin comercial.
4.7. Proveedores tipo F
Organizaciones que suministran productos
amparados por una aprobacin de diseo y
produccin emitida por una autoridad, y que
concede al fabricante la capacidad de certificar
los productos que determine como conformes
y liberarlos para su uso en aeronaves civiles.
Estas autorizaciones pueden ser las
siguientes:
4.7.1 TSO (Technical Standard Order) : Es un
estndar emitido por la FAA que establece un
mnimo nivel funcional para determinado tipo
de equipos destinados a aeronaves civiles.
Tambin se aplica la denominacin TSO a los
artculos fabricados bajo dicho estndar por
fabricantes autorizados.
4.7.2. PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval): Es
una aprobacin de diseo y produccin emitida
por la FAA para componentes de catlogo o
propietary items no cubiertos por
especificaciones TSO y destinados a
aeronaves civiles. Tambin se aplica la
denominacin PMA a los artculos fabricados
bajo dicho estandar por fabricantes
autorizados.
4.7.3. JTSO (Joint Technical Standard Order):
Es un estndar emitido por la JAA que
establece un mnimo nivel funcional para
determinado tipo de artculos destinados a

4.6. Suppliers of Raw Material, chemical
products, standards and/or catalogue
materials (Type E)
Organisation that supplies, raw material,
chemical products, standards or catalogue P/Ns,
of which they are manufacturers, or in the case
of dealers, supplies materials under the same
conditions in which these were certified by the
original manufacturer, guaranteeing their
traceability, or, if applicable, supplies products
with the delegated responsibility of the
manufacturer to carry out his commercial
management.
4.7. Type F suppliers
Organisations that supply products against a
design and production approval issued by an
authority, which grants the manufacturer the
power to certify the products it finds in order and
release these for use in civil aircraft.
These authorisations may be as follows:
4.7.1 TSO (Technical Standard Order) : This is a
standard issued by the FAA which establishes
the minimum functional level for specific types of
equipment for civil aircraft. The TSO
denomination is also applied to items
manufactured under this standard by authorised
manufacturers.
4.7.2. PMA (Parts Manufacturer Approval) : This
is a design and production approval issued by
the FAA for catalogue components or proprietary
items not covered by TSO specifications and
intended for use in civil aircraft. The PMA
denomination is also applied to items made
under this standard by authorised manufacturers.
4.7.3. JTSO (Joint Technical Standard Order) :
This is a standard issued by the JAA that
establishes a minimum functional level for
specific types of articles used in civil aircraft. The

4.7.4. JPA ( Joint Parts Authorisation): Es una
aprobacin de diseo y produccin emitida por
la JAA para componentes de catlogo o
propietary items no cubiertos por
especificaciones TSO y destinados a
aeronaves civiles. Tambin se aplica la
denominacin JPA a los artculos fabricados
bajo dicha autorizacin.
4.8. Proveedores tipo G
Organizaciones que suministran elementos
controlados por especificacin, como son:
SOCD: Source Control Drawing.
Un Source Control Drawing es un plano que
controla la definicin y configuracin de un
elemento comercial o desarrollado por un
proveedor.
Dicho control se ejerce mediante la
especificacin de una serie de caractersticas
de diseo (fsicas, de instalacin, de
intercambiabilidad y/o funcionales), de mayor o
menor criticidad, tal que se requieren evidencias
de cualificacin por parte del suministrador
como prueba de pleno cumplimiento de lo
requerido por el plano-especificacin.
Por tanto, y como consecuencia de la exigencia
de cualificacin, las nicas fuentes aceptables
de suministro son las listadas en el plano
SOCD, pudindose contactar otras fuentes no
listadas slo a efectos de cualificacin de las
mismas hasta su incorporacin en plano.
SCD: Specification Control Drawing.
Un Specification Control Drawing es un plano
que controla la definicin y configuracin de un
elemento comercial o desarrollado por un
proveedor bajo una especificacin pblica o
privada cuyo contenido est introducido o

4.7.4. JPA (Joint Parts Authorisation) : This is a

4.8. Type G Suppliers
Organisations that supply items controlled by
specifications, such as:

A Source Control Drawing is a drawing that
controls the definition and configuration of a
commercial element or developed by a supplier.

specification of a design characteristics series

6.0 ESTRUCTURA DEL PROCEDIMIENTO
Los requisitos de calidad aplicables a un
proveedor de ANN, se dividen en cinco tipos
distintos segn el tipo de suministrador y el
programa destino de sus productos, y se
encuentran relacionados en las siguientes
secciones:
El mtodo de cumplimiento de estos requisitos
ser expuesto por el subcontratista en el Plan
de Calidad, que deber ser aprobado por
Aernnova Aerospace. En el se identificarn
todos los programas y/o paquetes de trabajo
que se desarrollen, incluyendo o excluyendo los
que se incorporen o retiren a lo largo del
tiempo.
El Plan de Calidad deber ser redactado y
aprobado de acuerdo a la estructura y contenido
indicados en el procedimiento PCA-00-066
6.1. SECCION G : REQUISITOS GENERALES
APLICABLES A TODO TIPO DE
PROVEEDORES
En esta seccin se relacionan todos los
requisitos que son aplicables a todo tipo de
proveedores independientemente de su alcance
de suministro y del programa en el que
participen.
6.2. SECCION S : REQUISITOS
ADICIONALES APLICABLES A REQUIREMENTS
SUBCONTRATISTAS ( TIPOS A, B y C )
Estos requisitos sern solo aplicables a los
proveedores que sean subcontratistas de ANN
Dentro de llos habr que tomar en cuenta
aquellos requisitos que sealan una
aplicabilidad concreta para alguno de los
distintos tipos de subcontratistas reconocidos
por ANN segn la definicin del apartado 4 de
este procedimiento.

6.0 STRUCTURE OF THE PROCEDURE
The quality requirements applicable to a ANN
supplier, are divided into five different types
according to the supplier type and the
programme for which the products are intended,
and are listed in the following sections:
The method of compliance of these
requirements will be described by the supplier in
the Quality Plan, that should be aproved by
Aernnova Aerospace. It will be identified
programs and/or packages of work that it will be
developed, including or excluding that be
incorporated or removed along the time.
The Quality Plan should be edited and approved
according to the structure and content indicated
in the procedure PCA-00-066
6.1. SECTION G : GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
APPLICABLE TO ALL TYPES OF SUPPLIERS
This section lists all the requirements applicable
to all types of suppliers, irrespective of the scope
of their supply and the programme in which they
are taking part.
6.2. SECTION S : ADDITIONAL
APPLICABLE TO
SUBCONTRACTORS (TYPES A, B and C )
These requirements shall only be applicable to
suppliers that are subcontractors of ANN Within
these requirements, account shall be taken of
those requirements that indicate a specific
applicability for any of the different types of
subcontractors recognised by ANN in
accordance with the definition contained in
section 4 of this procedure.

fabrican productos amparados por una
aprobacin de una autoridad o controlados por
especificacin.

convenientemente informado el proveedor. El

visitar las instalaciones del suministrador o de
sus subcontratistas para llevar a cabo
actividades de aseguramiento de calidad. El
proveedor deber proporcionar el soporte
necesario, incluyendo equipos de medicin, as
como acceso a sus instalaciones y a las de sus
subcontratistas. El representante de ANN podr
requerir y sern de obligado cumplimiento las
inspecciones mandatorias por l establecidas.
La inspeccin por parte del representante de
ANN no constituye una aceptacin final y no
libera al proveedor de ninguno de los requisitos
y responsabilidades derivados del pedido o
contrato.
G.A.3. El suministrador es totalmente
responsable de la calidad de los productos o
servicios por l suministrados, dentro de su
mbito de suministro, debiendo garantizarlo a
travs de la siguiente documentacin:
Certificados de conformidad CoC incluyendo:
a) Nombre y direccin de fabricacin del
proveedor.
b) N interno del certificado CoC, fecha de
emisin.
c) Orden de compra y revisin.
d) En el caso de una subcontratacin parcial
debe existir trazabilidad con el alcance de la
subcontratacin.
e) El PN y la revisin del plano aplicable.
f) Descripcin del PN
g) Su nmero de serie, y cualquier otra
informacin que facilite la trazabilidad. El
certificado podr ser por lote o por envio.
h) Lote de proveedor y/o lote de cliente.

The systematic applicable to obtain this
authorization is defined in the procedures PCA-
00-007 and PCA-00-020
G.A.2. ANN and/or its customers or authorised
representatives, as well as official inspectors,
may, at any time during the process, visit the
suppliers facility or that of his subcontractors in
order to perform quality assurance activities. The
supplier shall provide the necessary support,
including measuring equipment, as well as
access to his facility and to that of his
subcontractors. The ANN representative may
establish a number of inspections, compliance
with which shall be obligatory. Inspection by the
representative of ANN does not constitute a final
acceptance and does not release the supplier
from any of the requirements and responsibilities
deriving from the order or contract
G.A.3. The supplier is totally responsible for the
quality of the products or services supplied by
him, within the scope of the supply. This shall be
guaranteed by means of the following
documentation:
Conformity certificates "CoC" including:
a) Name and addres of supplier
manufacturing.
b) N internal of the certificate CoC, emission
date .
c) Purchase order and review.
d) In case of a partial subcontracting should
exist traceability with the scope of the
subcontracting.
e) The PN and the applicable drawing
revision.
f) PN description
g) Its serial number, and another information
that facilitate the traceability. The
certificate may be able issued by
amunfacturing lot, or by delivery lot.

G.A.4. El subcontratista deber realizar el
proceso IPA-FAI segn la sistemtica y/o
formato utilizado ser segn lo definido en el
procedimiento PCA-00-006
G. B. SISTEMA DE CALIDAD
G.B.4. El proveedor deber haber implantado y
certificado un sistema de calidad que cumpla
con los requisitos indicados en la norma
internacional aplicable ISO 9001, EN 9100,
EN9110, EN9120 u otra norma equivalente
internacionalmente reconocida.
Para dar la aprobacin del sistema de calidad
de un proveedor, en base a su aprobacin por
un esquema de Other Party, Aernnova
verificar que se cumplen todas las
condiciones requeridas por la AMC N2 to
21.139 (b) (1) (ii)
Los subcontratistas a los cuales les apliquen
procesos especiales y que estos sean
certificables por PRI Nadcap, deberan obtener
la certificacin correspondiente.
Para programas con requisitos OTAN tambin
deber cumplir los requisitos de la PECAL 2110
y 2105.
Los subcontratistas habilitaran el acceso a
Aernnova, para conocer sus resultados de

G.A.4. The subcontractor should perform the
process IPA-FAI according to the systematic
and/or format used will be according to it defined
in the procedure PCA-00-006
G. B. QUALITY SYSTEM
G.B.4. The supplier shall have established and
certificate a quality system that complies with the
requirements indicated in the applicable
international ISO 9001 standard, EN 9100,
EN9110, EN9120 or other equivalent standard
internationally recognised.
To give the approval of the system of quality of a
supplier, in base to their approval by a Other
Party scheme, Aernnova will verify that they
comply all the conditions required by the AMC
N2 to 21 . 139 (b) (1) (ii)
The subcontractors to which special processes
apply them and that these they be certifiable by
PRI Nadcap, should obtain the corresponding
certification.
In programs with OTAN requirements It must
complies the PECAL 2110 and 2105
requirements.
The subcontractors supplied the access to
Aernnova, to know its audit results, through the

auditoria, a travs del Manage Data Access de
OASIS.
Para ello, el suministrador se pondr en
contacto con su SQA de Aernnova, para que
ste le indique a que personas de Aernnova se
les debe habilitar dicho acceso.
G. C. CONTROL DE DISEO
MODIFICACIONES
G.C.5. El proveedor deber mantener un
sistema de control que asegure
implementacin de cambios introducidos en la
documentacin contractualmente aplicable
(pedidos, planos, especificaciones y ordenes de
produccin) manteniendo registros de
incorporacin efectiva de estos cambios, y
notificando la recepcin a ANN de toda la
documentacin controlada mediante devolucin
firmada del acuse de recibo del shipping list .
G. D. CONTROL DE LA
DOCUMENTACION
G.D.6. Se deber implantar y mantener un
sistema de control y archivo de la
documentacin de calidad y definicin del
producto, que garantice la accesibilidad,
confidencialidad y seguridad de la misma, y que
cumpla con los requisitos sealados en la
especificacin aplicable as como los
especficos del programa segn seccin P de
este procedimiento, estando siempre a
disposicin de ANN cuando sea requerida.
El procedimiento de referencia es el PSD-00-
001 Anexo IV (Distribucin y Archivo de la
Documentacin. Registros).
La documentacin obsoleta y/o vigente
suministrada por ANN, deber ser devuelta a
ANN a la finalizacin del contrato o pedido.

G.C.5. The supplier shall maintain a control

documentation (orders, drawings, specifications
and production orders) keeping records of the
effective incorporation of these changes and
advising ANN of the reception of all the
controlled documentation by returning the signed
acknowledgement of receipt shipping list .
G. D. CONTROL OF DOCUMENTATION
G.D.6. A system of control and filing must be
established for the quality and product definition
documentation, guaranteeing its accessibility,
confidentiality and security, and which complies
with the requirements indicated in the applicable
specification, as well as the specific
requirements of the programme according to
section P of this procedure. These shall be made
available to ANN whenever the latter might
require them.
The reference procedure is the PSD-00-001
"Annex IV" (Distribution and File of the
Documentation. Registrations).
Obsolete and/or applicable documentation
supplied by ANN, must be returned to ANN on
completion of the contract or order.

G. G. RECEPCION
G.G.7. Se mantendr una sistemtica de
recepcin acorde a lo requerido en las normas
internacionales. Esta sistemtica deber
asegurar que los materiales pendientes de
recepcionar se encuentran segregados de los
materiales y productos en uso.
Se deber garantizar que los productos se
reciben con su documentacin correspondiente
completa, y que se efectan y satisfacen todos
los ensayos prescritos por la especificacin que
lo ampare.
Se deber disponer de una sistemtica de
registro que permita relacionar los materiales
con los resultados de los ensayos as como la
documentacin del fabricante.
Todos los ensayos debern ser efectuados en
laboratorios que garanticen la trazabilidad a los
patrones internacionales BIMP y cumplan los
requisitos incluidos en los prrafos 4.10 y 4.11
de la norma ISO 9001
G. H. SERIALIZACION Y TRAZABILIDAD
G.H.8. El proveedor deber establecer un
sistema para asegurar la trazabilidad del
producto a lo largo de todas las fases de la
produccin, desde la recepcin, instalacin y
posterior envo. Para llo se mantendr
referencia de todos los registros de calidad a la
orden de fabricacin, fecha de fabricacin y part
number del producto, mediante anotacin en el
documento de trabajo de ANN o del proveedor
segn corresponda.
G.H.9. El proveedor deber implementar y
mantener al dia un sistema para el archivo de
los registros de calidad de acuerdo a lo indicado
en el prrafo 4.16 de ISO 9001. Los registros de
calidad deberan ser conservado en archivo y
estar disponibles para ANN por el periodo
definido para cada programa segn seccin P.
Transcurrido dicho periodo deber solicitarse a
ANN la accin a tomar, ya sea su destruccin o
su devolucin.

G. G. RECEPTION
G.G.7. A reception system shall be maintained in
accordance with the requirements stipulated in
international standards. This system shall ensure
that materials pending reception are segregated
from materials and products in use.
It shall be guaranteed that the products are
received with their complete documentation, and
that all the tests stipulated in the specification
are carried out and satisfy all the tests stipulated
by the specification under which they are
manufactured.
A record system must be available that allows
the materials to be referenced to the tests as
well as the manufacturers documentation.
All the tests shall be made in laboratories that
guarantee the traceability of the international
BIMP masters and comply with the requirements
included in paragraphs 4.10 and 4.11 of the ISO
9001 standard
G. H. SERIALISATION AND
TRACEABILITY
G.H.8. The supplier shall establish a system to
ensure the traceability of the products
throughout all production stages, from reception,
installation and subsequent dispatch. For this
purpose, references of all quality records to the
manufacturing order, the date of manufacture
and product part number shall be kept by making
a note of this information in the ANN or supplier
working document.
G.H.9. The supplier shall implement and keep
up to date a system for filing quality records as
indicated in paragraph 4.16 of ISO 9001. Quality
records shall be kept in the archive and made
available to ANN for the period defined in each
programme in accordance with section P. After
this period has elapsed, the supplier shall ask
ANN what action is to be taken, i.e., to either
destroy these or return them.

G. I. INTERCAMBIABILIDAD
G.I.10. El proveedor es responsable de
asegurar y certificar las caractersticas de
intercambiabilidad y reemplazabilidad (I&R) en
las partes a ste asignadas.
G. J. CONTROL DE PROCESO
G.J.11. El suministrador deber implementar
un sistema de control del proceso para asegurar
que los distintos procesos de produccin se
efectan de acuerdo a las especificaciones
aplicables.
El Subcontratista debera realizar Planes de
Control de producto/proceso segn PCO-00-
007. El Plan de Control deber incorporar las
Key Characteristics definidas en los planos.
G. K. INSPECCION Y ENSAYOS
G.K.12. El proveedor deber inspeccionar los
productos durante todas las fase de produccin,
para garantizar su conformidad con los
requisitos de diseo, debiendo establecer una
sistemtica de inspeccin (segn parrafo 4.10.3
de ISO 9001) y ensayo, incluyendo el archivo y
registro de todos ellos. Los informes de los
ensayos e inspecciones sern registrados para
cada item, partida, etc, de forma claramente
traceable y evidenciando que se han realizado
de acuerdo a las especificaciones aplicables y
que los resultados se hallan dentro de los
valores admisibles. En caso de que se detecten
defectos ocultos que puedan afectar a los items
ya entregados, deber informar a calidad de
ANN de forma inmediata, y determinar
conjuntamente las acciones a tomar.
G.K.13. Cuando sea requerido por ANN podr
imponerse la necesidad de otorgar una
autorizacin previa al envo de los suministros,
que se obtendr bien por una revisin

G. I. INTERCHANGEABILITY
G.I.10. The supplier is responsible for ensuring
and certifying the interchangeability and
replaceability (I&R) of the parts assigned to him.
G. J. PROCESS CONTROL
G.J.11. The supplier shall implement a process
control system in order to ensure that all the
production processes are carried out in
accordance with the applicable specifications.
The supplier shall prepare Product/Process
Control Plans according to PCO-00-007. These
Control Plans shall incorporate the Key
Characteristics defined in the drawings.
G. K. INSPECTION AND TESTS
G.K.12. The supplier shall inspect the products
at all stages of production, to guarantee
conformance with their design requirements, and
shall establish a system of inspection (according
to paragraph 4.10.3 of ISO 9001) and testing,
including the recording and filing of all of these.
The test and inspection reports shall be recorded
for each item, batch, etc., in a clearly traceable
manner and providing evidence that these have
been done in accordance with the applicable
specifications and that the results are within the
admissible values. Should hidden defects be
detected, that might affect already-delivered
items, this shall be reported to ANN Quality
inmediately, and the joint actions to be taken
shall be determined.
G.K.13. When required by ANN, the need to
grant an authorisation prior to the shipment of
the supplies may be stipulated. Said
authorisation shall be obtained either by means

documental o bien por una inspeccin en
origen. Cualquier deficiencia en el producto
podr producir un rechazo de los mismos con
cargo al subcontratista.
G. L. CONTROL DE EQUIPOS DE
INSPECCION, MEDICION , ENSAYO Y
PRODUCCION
G.L.14. El proveedor deber establecer
documentalmente un sistema de control de
estos equipos, acorde a los requisitos del punto
7.6 de la norma EN9100, incluyendo su
mantenimiento preventivo para asegurar la
continuidad de la capacidad del proceso.
G.L.15. El sistema de calibracin ser traceable
a patrones internacionales. En todo caso los
equipos sern probados antes de su uso para
verificar su tendencia, precisin y capacidad del
proceso, registrando dicha inspeccin de igual
modo que las inspecciones peridicas
establecidas por el sistema de control.
G. M. MATERIAL NO CONFORME Y
ACCIONES CORRECTORAS procedimiento

G.M.16. El suministrador deber contestar a
todo requerimiento de acciones correctoras
describiendo las causas origen de la no-
conformidad, indicando la accin a tomar y su
efectividad en un plazo mximo indicado por
Aernnova.
La contestacin se llevara a cabo con
herramientas conocidas como informe 8D,
PDCA, etc. Basndose en PCA-00-005 y PCA-
00-069.
ANN se reserva el derecho de incluir una
suspensin de aceptacin del suministro hasta
la correccin del problema.

inspection. Any deficiency in the product may
lead to their rejection at the expense of the
subcontractor.
G. L. CONTROL OF INSPECTION,
MEASURING, TESTING AND PRODUCTION
EQUIPMENT
G.L.14. The supplier shall establish by
documentary means a control system for this
equipment, in accordance with the requirements
of paragraph 7.6 of the EN9100 standard,
including their preventive maintenance activities
to ensure the continued capacity of the process.
G.L.15. The calibration system shall be traceable
to international masters. In all cases, the
equipment shall be tested before being used in
order to verify their tendency and the precision
and capacity of the process, recording the
results of this inspection in the same way as the
periodic inspections established by the control
system.
G. M. NON CONFORMING MATERIALS
AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS reference

G.M.16. The supplier shall respond to all
requirements for corrective action, describing the
root causes of the non conformity, indicating the
action to be taken and its efficiency, within a
maximum period indicated by Aernnova
The answer will take place with known tools such

and PCA-00-069.
ANN reserves the right to suspend acceptance
of the supply until the problem is corrected.

G.M.17. El proveedor deber implementar y

sistemtica de almacenamiento de los
materiales perecederos, asegurando que se

suministre materiales con tiempo de vida,
asegurar que en el momento de entrega resta
un mnimo del 80% de su vida til disponible.
A excepcin de los materiales, requeridos por
cliente, que por naturaleza y procedencia del
mismo (leed time largo y periodo de caducidad
corto), no puedan cumplir este requisito, se
aceptar que este tiempo de vida sea mayor
del 50%.
Cuando sea ANN quien le suministra este tipo
de material, deber comunicar con suficiente

Subcontractors shall follow a First Article
Inspection system to be carried out on the first
product to be delivered to ANN for each
reference, unless ANN should decide to
postpone this. To do this, he shall use the one

In all cases, he shall ensure that all the design
requirements are complied with and that the
process used will obtain a satisfactory product in

agreed quality contract shall be exempt from a
technical reception of his products by ANN, and
shall identify their products in accordance with
this condition and shall have, therefore, an
extension of the responsibility deriving from any
non conformities of their supplies defined in the
agreement with ANN

O.N.60. Cuando se deba emitir por parte de un
subcontratista el formato EASA-FORM-ONE,y
para los pases incluidos en la EASA se utilizar
el Impreso uno (Authorised Release Certificate)
como garanta mutuamente aceptada de
aeronavegabilidad, permitiendo la
reexportacin.
O.N.61. Cuando se requiera, se incluir el
certificado de aeronavegabilidad para
exportacin con el envo de cada artculo. Dicha
certificacin evidenciar la aprobacin por parte
de la autoridad aeronutica del pas de origen.
Dicho requisito se requerir dependiendo del
pas, programa, proveedor y la nacionalidad del
cliente, y de acuerdo con el alcance de la
delegacin que exista entre la autoridad que
supervisa y la que acepte el producto.
Antes de la Certifiacin de tipo, se entender
que el Certificado slo ser conforme con el
diseo. Cuando se apruebe la certificacin de
tipo, entonces, y slo entonces, se entender
como Certificado de Aeronavegabilidad.
6.5. SECCION P: REQUISITOS ADICIONALES
ESPECIFICOS POR PROGRAMA APLICABLE
Dependiendo del programa en el que el
proveedor participe como suministrador de ANN
deber cumplir con los requisitos adicionales
mencionados a continuacin, para satisfacer de
este modo los requerimientos especficos de los
clientes/socios de ANN.
6.5.1. REQUISITOS ADICIONALES

P.E.1. Todos los subcontratistas que procesen

O.N.60. When the subcontractor has to issue
the EASA-FORM-ONE form and for those
countries included in the EASA, Form one shall
be used (Authorised Release Certificate) as a
mutually accepted guarantee of airworthiness,
allowing re-exportation.
O.N.61. When required, the airworthiness
certificate shall be included for export with the
shipment of each item. This certificate shall
provide evidence of the approval by the
aeronautics authority of the country of origin.
This requirement shall be required depending on
the country, programme, supplier and the
nationality of the customer, and in accordance
with the scope of the delegation which exists
between the authority that supervises and the
one that accepts the product.
Before the Type Certification, it shall be
understood that the Certificate shall only be valid
for the design. When the type certification is
approved, then, and only then, will it be
understood to be an Airworthiness Certificate.

the drawing as key characteristic, the
subcontractor must perform a statistic control
(SPC) for this dimension according to the
applicable Control Plan, keeping the proper

6.5.2. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
SIKORSKY PROGRAMME
P.S.1. Subcontractors who are manufacturers of
composite material elements shall include the
Inspection Plan in their quality plan, as well as
Quality Plan shall be supplied in English.
P.S.2. The supplier shall implement and maintain
a Quality Assurance System that can be seen to
be in accordance with the requirements included
in the ASQR-01 AEROSPACE SUPPLIER

P.S.10. El proveedor deber aplicar las

P.S.5. The Calibration procedures of measuring
devices, as well as the tool inspection system,
shall comply with the requirements of the MIL-
STD-45662 standard.

aleacin, especificacin (Tipo, Clase, Grado,),
el estado final de tratamiento trmico y su lote.
Es obligatorio adjuntar una copia del CoC y de
los informes de ensayos del fabricante de la
materia prima (No es necesario adjuntar
informacin del distribuidor).
La forma de tracear la materia prima, ser
mediante nmero de lote y nmero de serie si
aplica. (N de lote en CoC debe coincidir con el

descritos en las notas generales de plano, ya
que la realizacin de esos procesos puede
suponer realizar otros procesos especiales
previos o posteriores.
7. Copia de la carta de aprobacin. En
algunos procesos especiales, no es suficiente
con estar aprobado en la pgina de Bombardier
para poder aplicarlos en piezas nuevas.
Previamente a la fabricacin se debe realizar
una ficha tcnica por part number o familia de
part numbers y tiene que ser aprobada en
algunos casos por Bombardier (Por ejemplo:
Shot Peening, Peen Forming,) y en otros por
un nivel III de ese proceso (Por ejemplo
inspeccin por partculas magnticas).
Al realizar la IPA se deben identificar todos los
procesos que tienen este requisito y adjuntar la
carta de aprobacin de BA o el nivel III.

El informe de IPA para estas piezas debe ser
formalmente aprobado por Agusta Westland
para que ANN pueda continuar con la
produccin. Cualquier modificacin posterior
debe ser aprobada formalmente por Agusta
Westland.

6.5.9.5.- Control de los dispositivos de

6.5.9.6.- Fiabilidad y Mantenibilidad (F&M)
Si se establece en el contrato, el sistema de F&M
del suministrador, apropiado para el diseo del
producto, debe asegurar que los aspectos de
F&M y la documentacin relacionada, incluyendo
la de los sub-suministradores asociados, estn
controlados.

P.HBC.6. Todos los materiales (qumicos,
hardware, etc) utilizados por un subcontratista
en su proceso de fabricacin que estn
referenciados en la especificacin aplicable, y
toda la materia prima, independientemente de
quien tenga la responsabilidad de compra,
debern de comprarse y controlarse de
acuerdo a la lista de proveedores aprobados de
acuerdo al prrafo anterior.
P.HBC.7. Los proveedores deben suministrar
con el envo de piezas un Certificado de
Conformidad que est de acuerdo al punto 6.1.
Seccin G: Requerimientos generales
aplicables a todos los proveedores de este
procedimiento. Adems este certificado debe
indicar que el producto cumple todos los
requisitos del plano, especificaciones
aplicables y requisitos contractuales.
Se debe adjuntar una copia de CoC dentro del
embalaje por cada envo.
La forma de tracear la materia prima, ser
mediante nmero de lote y nmero de serie si
aplica. (N de lote en CoC debe coincidir con el
de OP e informe de ensayos).
Es obligatorio adjuntar una copia del CoC de
cada proveedor que realiza cada proceso
especial.
En el IPA deben venir registrados todos los
procesos especiales que se apliquen en la
fabricacin de la pieza, independientemente de
los que aparezcan en las notas generales del
plano.
P.HBC.8. Los proveedores debern enviar va
FTP/correo electrnico al Ing. SQA
correspondiente al programa, los archivos en
electrnico de los IPAs que han sido
aprobados.
El archivo deber estar en formato PDF y
deber incluir como mnimo:

shipment a Certificate of Conformity that agree

that the product complies all the drawing
requirements, applicable specifications and
contractual requirements.
A copy has to be included of CoC inside the
packing by each shipment.
Raw material traceability will be assured by the
batch number and serial number if applicable.

report Batch No.)
It is obligatory to attach a copy of the CoC for
each supplier that makes each special process.
They should come registered in the FAI, all the
special processes that apply in the production of
the piece, independently of the ones that they
appear in the general notes of the plan.

approved FAIs by FTP / email to the
corresponding SQA in a PDF format.

7.0 REQUISITOS DE CALIDAD EN
DOCUMENTOS DE COMPRA
En todos los pedidos de compra emitidos a
travs del sistema infomtico de gestin, el computerised management system, the system

procedimiento de acuerdo al alcance del
suministro y al programa aplicable.
En los pedidos realizados para productos
pertenecientes a prototipos, as como en todos
los contratos, la incorporacin de las clusulas
de calidad se realizar manualmente, siendo el
comprador el responsable de introducir dichas
clusulas.
Las clusulas de calidad aplicables a los
documentos de compra estarn siempre
divididas en cuatro grupos segn lo
relacionado a continuacin.
7.1. CLASULA GENERAL

7.0 QUALITY REQUIREMENTS IN PURCHASE
DOCUMENTS
In all purchase orders issued through the

que hagan mencin a necesidades especficas
o especificaciones aplicables, y que bien
pueden ser alguna de las ya citadas en el

7.4.2. Clausulas que desactiven la aplicabilidad
de alguno de los requerimientos que en

7.5. REVISION Y APROBACION DE
DOCUMENTOS DE COMPRA
Es responsabilidad de compras y gestin de

actividades de revisin y aprobacin de los

identificaciones precisas, as como las
especificaciones, planos u otros requisitos
aplicables.
Que se incluyen las clusulas de calidad
aplicables segn el apartado anterior y su
alcance de suministro.
Que la compra se realiza a un suministrador
cualificado segn informacin disponible en
GLAPS.
Cualquier desviacin sobre estos requisitos
deber estar aprobada por el departamento de
SCQ.
En relacin a los pedidos de los fabricantes de
productos bajo especificacin, y durante el
proceso de cualificacin, sern aprobados por
Aernnova Enginering Solutions segn el
procedimiento PCA-00-003.
Es responsabilidad de Calidad de Aernnova
Aerospace, el asegurar el cumplimiento de este
punto mediante la realizacin de auditorias
internas de documentos de compra, que se
planificaran anualmente.
En funcin de los resultados de las auditorias
internas se establecern acciones con objeto de
corregir las discrepancias detectadas.
El alcance de la inspeccin utilizada en la
auditora ser funcin de los resultados
obtenidos y de los requerimientos especficos
de clientes.

7.5. REVISION AND APPROVAL OF
PURCHASE DOCUMENTS
Purchasing and Supplies Management are
responsible for including the quality requirements
applicable in purchasing documents in contracts
and purchase orders respectively. This
responsibility includes the activities of revision
and approval of purchase documents before
these are issued.
The following points shall be checked:
That the requested product is described
clearly, including all the identifications required,
as well as any specifications, drawings or other
applicable requirements.
That the quality clauses applicable according
to the previous section and the scope of the
supply are included.
That the purchase is made from a qualified
supplier in accordance with information available
in GLAPS.
Any deviation with regard to these requirements
shall be approved by the SCQ department.
With regard to orders of manufacturers of
products made according to specifications, and
during the qualification process, these shall be
approved by Aernnova Enginering Solutions
according to the PCA-00-003 procedure.
The Quality department of Aernnova Aerospace
is responsible for ensuring compliance with this
last point by means of the performance of
internal audits of purchase documents. These
will be planned on an annual basis
In accordance with the results of internal audits,
actions will be established in order to correct any
discrepancies detected.
The scope of the inspection used in the audit will
depend on the results obtained and the specific
requirements of customers.
