Avapproxiniately 2:00 am on July 22, 2016,.1 exited the Social Room with ‘Tiffany to walk to our vehicle, and Tiffany was approached by another female who proceeded to physically assault Tiffany by first slapping Tiffany in the face and pulling her hai. 3, -A fight ensued for ‘approximately a few minutes before ‘it was broken up, I was able to help breakup the fight by grabbing Tiffany's waist to help separate her from the other: le, 4. After the fight outside the Social Room, Tiffany and | walked to our vehicle and ‘Tiffany explained to me that Ezekiel Elliott (“Ezekiel”) was having a gathering a rented apartment at the Carriage House located at 29 W. 3" Avenue, Columbus Ohio. e@ 5, Tiffany drove herself and I to the Carriage House, and because we were the first ‘ones to arrive, we waited in our vehicle in the parking lot for Ezekiel and his friends , to also arrive, 6. Whien Ezekiel’s vehicle pulled up to the Carriage House parking lot, Ezekiel was sitting in the passenger seat and another female was driving. 7. When Tiffany saw another female driving Ezekiel’s vehicle, Tiffany exited our vehicle; approached the female driverin Bzckiel’s vehiole, and started screaming at the female driver. 8. ‘The female driver, Ezekiel, and the other passengers in his vehicle exited and slarted to walk towards the Catriage House, Atno point during Bzekiel's walk tothe Carriage House, or at any time during the-night, did I witness Ezekiel come into physical contact with Tiffany or touch Tiffany. : 9. While Ezekiel arid his friends entered the Carriag House, Tiffany yelled to Ezekiel that she was going to “ruin his career” and call the police. @ 10. After Ezekiel and his friends were inside the Carriage House, I waited outside ‘with Tiffany and Tiffany told me that she was calling the police. 11, While the police were questioning Tiffany, Tifany told me via text message tel] the police that Ezekiel pulled her out ofthe vehicle and assaulted her, which is untrue. 12. Saturday July 2016 On Saturday, July 16, 2016, I traveled from Dallas, Texas to Columbus, Ohio with Mr. Eliott [At the airport we were greeted by Ms. Thompson and she subsequently drove us to Mr. Elliot's Apartment (“Apartment”) located at 1860 Canvasback Lane, Columbus Ohio ‘When we arrived at Mr, Elliott's Apartment at appréximately 2:00 p.m. Mr. Eliott, Ms. ‘Thompson and f stayed at the Apanment until we went to the Social Room ("Social Room”) that evening. The Social Room is located at 527 North Park Street, Columbus, Ohio. ‘Mr. Elliot, Ms. Thompson, myself and another friend left the Social Room at spproximately 2:30 a.m Sunday morning. The four of us went beck to Mr. Eliot's ‘Apartment and we stayed atthe Apartment until approximately 3:30 a.m, ‘At approximately 3:30 am, Left the Apartment to go stay at another friend's house 7. Ato point di I witness any altercation between Ms. Thompson or Mr. Elliot. Lalo did not see any evidence of injury, bruising, or scrapes on Ms. Thompsou at any point on July 16. Sunday July 17,2016 8. On Sunday, July 17, 2016, I retumed back to the Apartment at approximately 11:00 am. to see Mr. Elliott and Ms. Thompson, 9. When { arrived, Ms, Thompson and Mr, Elliot were in a good mood, happy and playing ‘with Mr. Elliot’s dogs. Throughout the day, Mr. Elliot, Ms. Thompson and I stayed at ‘the Apartment. 10, That evening, Mr. Elliott and I west to BBR without Ms. Thompson and met with several ‘friends. 11. Mr. Elliott and I returned liome to Mr. Elliott's Apartment at approximately 3:00 a.m ‘Monday morning 12. Ms, Thompson arrived at the Apartment shortly thereafter. 13, Ms. Thompson and Mr. Eliot slept in the bedroom and I slept on the couch outside the bedroom end did not heer any type of fighting, yelling or abuse taking place that night. ‘Monday July 18, 2016 14, On Monday, July 18, 2016, Ms. Thompson, Mr. Eliot and I woke up and stayed atthe Apartment for most ofthe day. 15, Ms. Thompson eventually left the Apartment during the day and Me. Elliott and I eventually met our friends at BBR and 4th Street at night, Twas with Mr. Eliott for the entire day and the entire time we were out visiting with friends. 16. After 4th Stet, I went back tothe Apartment, 17. Mr. Elliot did aot retura home that night. He returned home the following morning. 18, Lamrived back at the Apartment at approximately 3:15 am, 19. Ms. Thompson was already there inthe parking lot 20, Ms. Thompson had accidently locked her keys in the car and wanted to try to get them so she could go back to her own apartment since Mr. Eliott was not there. 21, encouraged Ms. Thompson to come inside and stay atthe Apartment os I didnot believe she was in any condition to drive home, 22. Ms. Thompson eventually came inside the Apartment and then called snother mate to ‘come and pick ber up, When the car arrived, I walked Ms. Thompson to the car and there ‘were males that I recognized in the ear. Ms. Thompson did not get in the car and came back inside the Apartment with me, we talked fora while and then went to sleep. 23, At no point during this night did Ms. Thompson reference any actual physica alterations with Mr, Elliott nor did I see any evidence of bruises, cuts, scraps or injury. Tuesday July 19,2016 24. On July 19, 2016 between spproximately 6:00 a.m, and 9:00 am. Mr lot arrived back to the Apartment. Ms, Thompson was awake when Mr. Eliott erived. 25, Mr. Eliot and Ms Thompson spoke inthe Hivng room afew fect away fom where was laying on the couch. 26, Me. Eliot and Ms, Thompson then went into the bedroom and weat to sleep until around 1:00 pan. 27. When Ms. Thompson and Mr. Eliott ame out ofthe bedroom around 1:00 pm. the three of us ate funch and hung around the house: 28, That night, Mr. Elliott and Ms, Thompson stayed in and did not go out with me, I went cout with my friends and arived back to the Apartment between 3:00 a.m. and 4:00 am. ‘When Larived home, Ms. Thoenpson and Mr. Eliot were sleeping and I didnot hear any type of fighting, yelling or physical abuse. Wednesday, July 20,2016 29, The moming of July 20, 2016, I woke up on the couch and stayed with Ms. Thompson and Mr. Elliott at the Apartment during the day. : 30, Around 3:00 pm, Mr. Eliott, Ms. Thompson and left the Apartment and drove to ‘Tuttle Mall near where Ms, Thompson lives. We all ate at the restaurant Genji 31. After we ae at Genji, we dropped Ms. Thorapson off at her apartment and we checked {nto the Carriage House ~ located at 29 West Third Avenue, Columbus, Ohi. 32. Later than night, Mr. Eliot and {, along with our othe friends, went to 4th Street Bar from approximately 12:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m, (Thursday Moming). Ms. Thompson met us there eventually. 33. After 4th Street, Mr. Eliott, Ms. Thompson and I went back tothe Carriage House. Ms. “Thompson was too intoxicated to drive and we encouraged her to stay at the Carriage House, 134, My bedroom was across the hall from Mir, Elliot's room. 135.1 did not hear or see any type of physical abuse, altercation or fighting. - ‘Thursday, July 21, 2016 36. On Thursday, July 21, 2016, I woke up atthe Carriage House and stayed at the Carriage House with Ms, Thompson and Mr. Elliott. Ms. Thompson left the Carriage House around 5:00 pm. and I stayed there with Mr. Elliott. 37. Duting the day, Ms. Thompson was wearing a tank top and shorts and I did not observe ‘any bruises on her body, leg, neck or hands. 438. The rest of my observations for Thursday July 21 and Friday July 22 are memorialized in the August 2, 2016 Affidavit I already executed. After escorting Ezekiel out of the back door of the Social Room, | walked to my other vvehiole and was on my way to meet Ezekiel and his friends et the Carriage House for Ezekiel’s after-party gathering, 6, On my drive to the Carriage House, I was w few blocks away when I received a call from Ezekiel that Tiffany Thompson ("Ms, Thompson) was outside and causing problems. 7. When'l arrived atthe Carriage House, I saw Ms. Thompson outside by her car. 1 waited outside until the police arrived. 8, Ihave been living in Columbus, Ohio since Ezekiel’s freshman year at the Ohio State University to assist Ezekiel with adjusting to college life and to help Ezekiel because of his busy football schedule demands. As such, | am fully familiar with Ezekiel's living situation and who he bas lived with since he moved out of our home in Alton, Illinois. 9. Ihave personal knowledge that Ezekiel signed a lease (olive at 1860 Canvasback Lane, Columbus, Ohio 43215 on or about July 20, 2015 untit on or about July 20, 2016. I ¢0- ‘signed the lease for this apartment. 40. Prior to living at 1860 Canvasback Lane, Ezekiel lived with his football teammates and friends Jocy Bosa and. Alvarez Jackson. I was also the co-signor for this apartment. 11. From July 2015 ts January 2016, L would visit Ezekiel at least once a week to help take care of his dog, “Ave”, 0 take Ezekiel grocery shapping, and to help Ezekiel with his daly houschold needs. such as taking in and going through his mail und paying his bills ad et, 12, To the best of my knowstedge: Ms, Thompson did not revelve any mail at 1860 Canvasback ane, Columbus Ohio and there was to evidence of any female residing at that apartment during my regular visits to Ezckiel's residence. 12. In fet, {remember an instance in February of 2016 where Ms. Thompson, Ezekiel, and | were at 1860 Canyasback Lane and Ms. Thampson needed to go home. | gave her a ride hack to her residence, 14. From approximately early.Jamiary 2016 to the end of February 2016, | have knowledge that ‘was in Aventura, Florida training for the National Football League Combine. ‘At no time during that training period was Ms. Thompson living with Ezekiel in Florida. 15. On upproximately March’8, 2016, Ezekiel signed a one-year rental agreement to live in Miami, FL. Moreover, on or about August 1, 2016, Ezekfol also signed a rental agreement to live in Dallas, Texas, He has been traveliig between these cities as heis preparing forhis rookie season in-the NFL, Atno time has Ms. Thompson been his live- in boyfriend in any of these cities. 16, 1 am aware that Ms. Thompson rents her own apartment in the Dublin area and has since approximately February or March of 2016, 1 have knowledge that Ezekiel assisted with Ms. Thompson's rent payments for her new apartment inthe Dublin area, 17. Ms. ‘Thompson has never been Ezekiel's live-in girlfriend and has never lived with Ezekiel for any three-month period in the past year (or any time prior). When we artived at he Social Room, Ezekiel had a VIP section roped off where all ofthis friends were celebrating. ‘When we were at the Social Room, Ezekiel told'me-mtultiple times that Tiffany ‘Thompson ("Tiffany") was threatening him and that she was going fo send the cops to hishouse later ofthat evening. ‘During the night, was within 5 feet of Tiffany and did not see any bruises on her arms or neck. Once Ezokie!’s party at the Social Room was over, I was the driver in Ezekiel’s vehicle, and drove Ezekiel and two of his friends back to the Carriage House located ‘a 29 W. 3rd Avenue, Columbus Ohio for an after party gathering. ‘On the drive back to the Carriage House, Ezokiel was sitting next to me in the passenger scat and expressed to me his concern that Tiffany was going to show up to the Carriage House uninvited. Ezekiel also expressed that he did not want her there, the parking lot and Tiffany approached the vehicle | was driving once I parked the vehicle. ‘When Tiany approached out vehicle | was in the process of puting the root up as the vehicle was a. convertible. ‘Tiffany tried to initiate a Tight with mand l told her to back away from the car, ‘Tiffany was also yelling at Ezekiel Ezekiel, the other passengers and J exited the vehicle and started walking to the Carriage House 12. At no time whatabever during the walk to the Carriage House did Ezekiel come in contact with Tiffany.
