“GETTING HIRED TO WORK NOW”€

I’m going to quote from a senior writer CHRIS ISIDORE who’s article ran in CNNmo
ney.com on Wednesday, June 16, 2010, 4:26am EST about a major issue that you wil
l have a hard time believing, and at the end of this session I will tell you a s
imple way to handle this so-called major issue, successfully and have you
begin to make more money.
€
“Out-of-work Job Applicants told Unemployed NEED NOT APPLY”
€
Actually taken from the article: Employment experts say they believe companies a
re increasingly interested only in applicants who already have a job.
€
Some job postings include restrictions such as “unemployed candidates will not b
e considered” or “must be currently employed.” Those explicit limitations have o
ccasionally been removed from listings when an employer or recruiter is question
ed by the media though.
€
But even if companies don’t spell out in a job listing that they won’t consider
someone who currently doesn’t have a job, experts said that unemployed applicant
s are typically ruled out right off the bat.
€
Most executive recruiters won’t look at a candidate unless they have a job, even
if they don’t like to admit to it,” said Lisa Chenofsky Singer, a human resourc
es consultant from Millburn, NJ, specializing in media and publishing jobs.
€
She said when she proposes candidates for openings, the first question she is of
ten asked by a recruiter is if they currently have a job. If the answer is no, s
he’s typically told the unemployed candidate won’t be interviewed.
€
“They think you must have been laid off for performance issues,” she said, addin
g that this is a “myth” in a time of high unemployment.
€
It is not against the law for companies to exclude the unemployed when trying to
fill positions, but Judy Conti, a lobbyist for the National Employment Law Proj
ect, said the practice is a bad one. Quote from Judy Conti:
“Making that kind of automatic cut is senseless; you could be missing out on the
best person of all,” she said. “There are millions of people who are unemployed
through no fault of their own. If an employer feels that the best qualified are
the ones already working, they have no appreciation of the crisis we’re in righ
t now.”
€
“Conti added that firms that hire unemployed job seekers could also benefit from
a recently-passed tax break that essentially exempts them from paying the 6.2%
of the new hire’s wages in Social Security taxes for the rest of this year.” End
of article.

On Wednesday, June 23, 2010 (03:55pm) I called the IRS and spoke to an agent who
assisted me in determining what the compensation will be for those who particip
ate in our program “DONATIONS PLUS ™ ” Here is the status of our program.
€
€
I checked our Mission Statement and find that our established program “DONATIONS
PLUS ™ ” is not a change of activity, it is a continuation of our original prog
ram. I am further checking and documenting sources, both non-profit and profit t
o find similar or exact activity that is currently being used and have filed thi
s documentation in our “donations plus ™ ” file for reference and verification.
€
STEP ONE: The potential worker needs to contact DONATIONS PLUS ™ , 562-388-7874
between 8am and 12noon (M thru F) and after a short interview over the phone, gi
ve the interviewer his/her name and e-mail address. This will register the worke
r and allow them to begin working.
€
STEP TWO: The worker does the following: simply talk to everyone they meet and a
t some point the candidate ( the person being talked to ) will be asked the foll
owing question: “Are you AWARE of anyone that wants to invest in a major motion
picture or donate to a non-profit / tax-exempt organization who specializes in P
SA’s, short films and full length motion pictures?” ( Write down your name on ha
ndout ).
€
STEP THREE: No matter what they answer the worker is to give the candidate our n
ame and phone number ( handout ) and ask them to call us to answer all their que
stions. This question is specifically designed to put the candidate at ease and
allow them to ask questions and to follow up on the potential donor by calling t
he company.
€
STEP FOUR: The candidate calls the 501(c) (3), asks for DONATIONS PLUS ™ , gets
their questions answered and makes the donation in the amount they choose. The d
onation is processed, credit is applied and after the donation deposit is applie
d, the worker receives compensation of 8% of the donated amount. This process in
itiates compensation to the worker within 15/20 days. When someone donates or in
vests ( example ) one hundred thousand dollars ( $100,000.00 dollars ) you recei
ve an 8% amount of eight thousand dollars ( $8,000.00 ) which is credited to you
r account with our ministry or you can receive the actual amount in check form.
TRAINING IS OVER.
€
STEP FIVE: Any additional questions by you or your candidate need to be directed
to the Custodian of Records at 562-388-7874 by calling between 8am and 12noon (
M/F). All candidates can call from 8am to 5pm ( 7 days per week ).
€
Considering the major issue stated above you are now able to continue to pursue
finding a job and continue with DONATIONS PLUS ™ with a minimum of effort.
€
This takes care of the position of the worker who now can continue to apply to o
ther companies for a different position. The worker can continue to supply refer
rals to the 501(c) (3) corporation even though they may find a job and begin wor
king at their new position. All donations are deposited to our ministry bank.€
