Expectadditionaltrafficnoticesasimprovementscontinue

CLEVELAND On Tuesday, August 22, 2017, as a part of the ongoing road

improvementsandupgradesalongClarkAvenue,betweenLorainAvenueandWest41 st
Street,anewtrafficpatternwillbeimplementedonClarkAvenue.
ClarkAvenue eastbound trafficwill bemaintained, from Lorain toWest 41 th Street.
WestboundtrafficwillbedetouredontoWest41 thStreetnorthtoLorainAvenue.Weask
thatmotoristsremainalertforlaneshifts.Signs,barricadesandorangedrumswillbe
usedtoindicatetrafficflowandwillremainineffectuntilNovember,2017.
Thisprojectextendsalonga1.75milesectionofClarkAvenuebetweenLorainAvenue
andWest41stStreet.Theimprovementsincludeanewasphaltsurface,pavementbase,
curbsidewalkanddriveapronrepairs,ADACompliantramps,andnewcatchbasins.
Where necessary, new traffic signals, signs and pavement markings, including bike
laneswillalsobeaddedorreplaced.
TheprojectisscheduledforcompletioninDecember2018.
