Revised admission schedule
In continuation of this office notification memo no. Acad/- 332 dated 22nd February
2017 and in pursuance of the decision taken by the Academic Calendar Committee at its
meeting held on 27th April 2017, the admission schedule for the Academic Session 2017-18
has been revised due to non-publication of results of the various courses. The other contents
mentioned in the Academic Calendar circulated vide notification memo no. Acad./-332 dated
22nd February 2017 will remain unchanged. The detail revised programme as well as
Entrance Test modalities are as follows:-

*5. M.Ed. Objective Multiple Choice questions carrying one marks each - total no. of
questions 100. Duration 100 minutes, Questions will be based on three core
papers of current B.Ed. programme of P.U., Distribution of marks:- (a)
Philosophy and Sociology in Education 35 marks, (b) Psychology of
Education -35 marks, (c) Education in India (including Health Education
and Perspective of Comparative Education)-30 marks.
There will be negative marking . 1 marks will be deducted for 3 wrong
answers. No marks will be deducted for the last two wrong answers. No
deduction will be done in fraction. In case of change of B.Ed syllabus, the
test will be based on core / foundation papers and re-distribution of marks
can be done. More less equal marks will be allotted to each paper.
*6. LL.B. Objective Type questions with Multiple Choices, comprising of 100
questions, of which 50 questions shall be drawn from General Knowledge
and 25 each from Current Affairs and Legal Aptitude.
*7. LL.M. Every candidate will have to secure a minimum of 33% marks in the
Entrance Test in order to become eligible for admission to LL.M. course
Pattern :- Paper I 10 objective multiple choice questions shall be asked
from each of the following five areas (total 50 questions) (i)
Jurisprudence(ii) Constitutional Law of India, (iii) Law of evidence and
procedures, (iv) Law of contract and (v) International Law.
Paper II two subjective questions shall be asked from each of the
following areas, out of which one question will have to be answered.
Thus ten questions will be asked of which five questions will have to be
answered, each questions carrying ten marks.:- (i) Family Law (Hindu
Law & Muslim Law),(ii) Environmental Law, (iii) Law of Torts (iv)
Intellectual Property Laws (Copy Right Act & Parent Act) (iv)
Administrative Law.
