1.5 Junior Membership $62.00 (+) $4.19 tax = $66.19 per month (Member must be 35 yrs or younger: full facility usage)

3. Commuter Member $72.00 (+) $4.87 tax = $76.87 per month (must reside outside a 45 mile radius of SHGCC)
4. Cart Shed Rental $30.00 per month (tax included in price)
5. Cart Lease Program $55.00 per month (tax included in price usage of club owned carts unlimited)
6. Summer Pool Only $157.00 for 3 months (ends Labor Day Weekend Pool, Food and Bar usage only)

8. Trail Fee $15.00 per month (members who ride their own cart on the course but do not store cart at SHGCC)

Stock: One share of stock is issued to Full and Social Memberships only. The cost of each share of stock is $100.00 plus an additional $25.00
administrative fee

Dues: Monthly dues are billed at the end of each month for the next months benefit. A late fee will be accessed for 30 days past due accounts in
accordance with the bylaws.

Resignations: A 30 day written notification of intent to resign must be sent to the Board of Directors of Sand Hills and all charges accrued must be paid in
full. Unpaid accounts will be referred for collection with the member being responsible for late charges, collection fees, attorney fees and any associated
court costs.

General Club Rules: 1) The Club Manager retains the right to remove anyone for violating Club or Golf Course Rules. 2) TABC Rules are in effect at all
times. No alcohol can be brought onto or removed from the property. 3) USGA Rules govern play. Each player must have their own bag and clubs. Proper
attire is required. 4) Observe golf rules and etiquette at all times. 5) Children under 12 are not to be unattended at any time at the pool or on the golf
course. 6) Drivers license required to rent or drive Club owned carts.

I hereby submit my application to the BOD of Sand Hills Country Club for membership in the Club as designated above. I understand that as a member of
Sand Hills, I must abide by Club Rules and Regulations and that I am liable for any and all charges that I and/or my family accrue at the Club. I will provide
30 day written notice if I must resign from the Club. In the event the Club refers my account for collection of a past due debt, I will be responsible for all late
charges, collection fees, attorney fees and court costs.
