Abstract:
The project Balochistan SarZameen has been developed for the People of
Baluchistan province because the world is became a global village through
electronic media. Old and manual systems replaced by automated systems in
every field of the life for the business point of view Real State become very
popular all over the world. It is very difficult to find , Search desirable Land
, Houses , Floats , Shops and etc. using manual system. Surely this project
will provide a great Plate form to the people of Baluchistan where they can
easily search Buy , Sell and find desirable Rentable Places , shops , houses
and etc. The properties can be easily access by a click in the desired areas
where he/she want to buy or take a rentable properties.
1 - Introduction:

The aim of the project is to implement a automated system about Real

estate .It is the needs of the time to introduce balochistan sarzameen for
the people of Balochistan, who are facing various difficulties using manual
system for searching, buying and Rentable properties in the desirable areas
in Balochistan. Automated version and using this software means securing
the data and information about properties. The Baluchistan sarzameen will
bring a drastic change in the lives of Baluchistan Citizens by making the
manual system of buying and selling process into an automatic process, it
will enable the Citizen to submit the properties information electronically,
and the people will be able to easily buy, sell, Rant properties within a click
through this web application. This program will efficient, durable and will
save the time than the old manual system.

2 Problem Statements:

Following are the main Problem Statements of My project.

1: There will be no need of searching, buying , selling and rentable Properties
manually.

2: This project helps the user to maintain their own Properties details
Information in categories.

3: Every user can easily access any Properties information any time and can
be kept safely for long period of Time without any damage.
 4: User may modify, delete and search for records which will take
too much times of manual system , this Software will save the time.

3 Objectives:

Following are them a in objectives of my project.

1: The Balochistan SarZameen is a web application for people to search, buy ,
sell and rentable Properties.

2: The goal of this project is to create an online system to provide

easiness in Business by using e Real State.

3: The application provides us the properties information.

4: User will be able to buy and search , sell and rentable properties.

5: This software provide a verification technique that user can

upload only verified properties without verification propties detail
can not be publish in website.
6: this software provides the Location of the properties with the
help of google map.
7: This software also provide near by Location technique with the
help of google Map.
8:This software also send a notification to all users that a new
properties has been uploaded.
9:This website provide rating technique.
10: registered user should upload video and multiple image about
the property.
11:This software also provide platform where user can comment about
properties.
