The essential facts constituting the offenses are as follows:

Noah Duane Baker on or about February 14, 2017, at the City of Duluth, in St. Louis County did unlawfully,
wrongfully:

COUNT I

While aiding, advising, counseling, or conspiring with another, did cause the death of a human being,
William Andrew Grahek, while aiding, advising, counseling, or conspiring to commit or attempting to commit First
Degree Aggravated Robbery.

MAXIMUM PENALTY: Life imprisonment

COUNT II

While aiding, advising, counseling, or conspiring with another, did cause the death of a human being, William
Andrew Grahek, while aiding, advising, counseling, or conspiring to commit or attempting to commit Burglary in the
First Degree.

MAXIMUM PENAL TY: Life imprisonment
