We were informed by our client that you unlawfully introduced

improvements/plants on the said property. Your unauthorized acts are prejudicial
to our clients right of enjoyment and possession over the said property.

This legal demand is made for you to vacate and remove the unauthorized
improvements/plants from our client s property within FIFTEEN (15) days from
receipt of this letter.

Please be advised that we are instructed to exhaust all available legal remedies to
