Maharashtra Polybutenes Limited is a group of companies and have interest in

manufacturing of solar light products and chemicals. One of our companies are listed at
the Bombay Stock Exchange. We also have 6 private limited companies in our group.
We have following URGENT vacancies:

1. Company Secretary (Navi Mumbai): A CS pass out who has membership number.
Career plans will be discussed and accordingly work will be assigned. The candidate will
primarily be liable to address all compliance work, hold board meetings and AGM, attend
to shareholders queries, prepare minutes, and maintain statutory registers. A candidate
who has experience in legal matters may have an advantage.

2. Company Secretary (Lote, Taluka Chiplun, District Ratnagiri): The candidate

should have CS membership and relevant work experience of 1 year. The candidate will
work independently and will be liable to attend all secretarial, legal and compliance work
of a BSE listed company.

3. Short Term Assignments: A candidate who has completed 15 months training, with
or without work experience, will be given pending work like preparation of statutory
registers, writing minutes of board and annual general meeting, dividend reconciliation,
compliance related work etc. This assignment may last for 1 to 2 months.
