Dimensions for CD covers:

FRONT:
12 cm x 12 cm (4.75 inches x 4.75 inches)
often folded double with information inside and on the back

BACK:
11.8 cm x 15 cm ( 4.625 inches x 5.875 inches)
.6 cm (.25 inch) folds on each side.

like from the video rental store, are often a completely different size and
