Dear Sir or Madam,

Im writting a complaint about a problem with my recently purchase from your website. I
have purchased a laptop. Unfortunately there is some issue with my laptop especially with
the technical characteristics.

In your advertisement you say that the laptop has 1tb hard drive, 6gb ram and windows 10
operating system and a gift bag.

Unfortunately, I didnt recibe that laptop with those features. The laptop I recibe has 500gb
hard drive, 4gb ram and Windows 8 operating system. The only thing correct is the bag.

Could you please make arrangements to refund my money or give me a new laptop?
