associate themselves to form a general partnership in accordance with the law of the Philippines.

1. To conduct business related to graphics design and lay outing including business promotion and

advertising;

2. To conduct photography and videography services for all occasions;

ARTICLE VIX. That the partners undertake to change the name of the partnership immediately

upon receipt of notice or directive from the Securities and Exchange Commission that another

partnership, corporation or person has acquired prior right to use that name or that name has been

declared misleading, deceptive, confusingly similar to a registered name, or contrary to public

morals, good customs, or public policy.

ARTICLE X. That the partners undertake to change the name of this partnership, as herein

provided or as amended thereafter, immediately upon receipt of notice or directive from the

Securities and Exchange Commission that another corporation, partnership or person has acquired

a prior right to the use of that name or that the name has been declared as misleading, deceptive,

confusingly similar to a registered name, or contrary to public morals, good customs or public

policy.
