Thank you for initiating our meeting on Saturday, March 4, 2017. We appreciate the respect you showed
us in taking time from your busy schedule to discuss our concerns. Wed like to return that respect by
enclosing our minutes from the meeting for your review. Please let us know if you agree with our version
of events. If you find a discrepancy, please let us know (in a reasonable amount of time), so we can make
the correction to our minutes. In this way, we will avoid any disagreements such as you indicated
occurred when you met with a different group previously and they posted an edited recording of the
meeting to YouTube.
