My Reflection

At first we plan where to borrow money and we planned on what to sell we

agreed that we will sell mango and palamig. We did not start early because we struggled
on making a business plan, for we need a business plan to start a business. After selling
many days I realized that having a business is very tiring and must be patient in waiting
for customers. The most important is that I realized that every cent counts in having a
business, also time is very essential in business.
A business need to be properly cared so that it will prosper and grow. The best
part of having a business is that the profit but for a business to gain a profit one must
have a time, and pleasing personality to the customers. Also the purchasing of goods is
so tiring especially if the goods are heavy and also the budget is short. At first I thought
having a business is only about collecting money but I was wrong it all goes into
purchasing to be sell again, entrepreneurs only gain small amount of profit in every
items they sell.
So we have to improve our business and come up with strategy to compete with
our competitors. Also about credit now I know how hard it is to offer a credit because
its hard to collect the credits.

My Reflection

In the starting day of selling we are late in selling because it is not easy to borrow
a money to the teachers. I observe that selling is hard. My work in our business is the
one to sell the manga. And I am the one in charge to change the money of our
customers.
When I observe my group, I observe that is very hard to prepare mango but Brix
volunteer to prepare the mango so that easy to prepare.

My Reflection

All group members have agreed to sell palamig and bread so we named our
business as PAPAlamigs & Breads as suggested by one of our group member Mr. Jim
Louie so after that we started to make our business plan to be subjected for approval.
And fortunately it was approved. Next problem was to find for a lender who will give us
capital to start our business, and all agreed to ask help to Mr. Tomino, so we
approached him and luckily he gave us Php 500.00 as a starting capital.
With all the struggles in coming up with a business plan down to the finding of
capital we now go to the purchasing of raw materials, and never I thought that it was
going to be difficult until we tried, and it was really. On the other hand, Rommel was
assigned to the sell the products and me together with my group members did the
preparing of products.
Being an entrepreneur is not far from being stressful and hassle, because we
need to be time efficient if we want to earn more profit, not to mention our many
competitors who sell their products like a whirlpool sucking all our customers.
I learned that being an entrepreneur you need to be time-oriented and patient
enough in purchasing, preparing and most of all in selling the products and luring your
customers. At least in the future if one of us will be having a business, then it is good to
bear in mind all the lessons and experiences we acquired in doing this business activity if
we want our business to be successful.
