The diagram above illustrates how Power Drawer

Concourse luminaires provide sharp cutoff by
shielding the source ot glare at angles above
72 degrees from verlical. The maximum main
beam candlepower zone is from 64 lo 72
degrees with maln beam maximum candlepower
at 67 deg rees.

The concealed light source ol Power Drawer

Concourse creates dramatic no glare illumination
which facilitates pedestrian and vehicular tratlic
and increases the ability to see surrounding
area, objects and buildings. This glare control,
combined with the superior pavemenl illum:nation
provided by Power Drawer Concourse results
in the balanced perlormance necessary to
create an optimum visual environment.

Procedure for Selection of Concourse Poles
To select a pole wiih proper strength and wind load characteristics use the
tollowing procedure.
A, Reler to Concourse Nominal Loading Data Table below. Find the EPA (eliective
projected area) of the luminaire size, shape and contiguration desired.
B. From the pole listing tables select a pole with an EPA rating equal to or
greater than the luminaire EPA rating ior the maximum wind velocity at the
installation location.
To order poles see additional ordering information below the pole listing.
