The offer set out above is subject to final audit by Management.

AFS reserves the right to amend any offer set out herein where a
bona fide error and/or ommission has occured and the offeree agrees to be
bound by any such amendment.

The offer contained herein may not be accepted by any party other
than the offeree to whom it has been addressed, and without
derogating from the generality the aforegoing may not be accepted by
the executor of the offeree's deceased estate, or the trustee of
the offeree's insolvent estate (whether provisional or final), and if
the offeree should be a juristic person, by the liquidator of such
offeree, should such offeree have been placed under provisional or
final liquidation or judicial management, and such offer shall expire
forthwith upon the death, insolvency, liquidation or judicial
management of such offeree (and whether such sequestration,
liquidation or judicial management should be provisional or final).

The above settlement excludes any unpaid rentals which were due for
payment on a date prior to the settlement date as quoted above.
