NOTIFICATION

The Governor is pleased, in the interest of Public Service, to provisionally appoint the following
candidate, as recommended by PSC, WB vide their Letter No.A-4-P.S.C.(A), dated 20-01-2017 in the rank of
Junior Engineer (Civil), PWD, in the West Bengal Subordinate Engineering Service (Civil) under the Public
Works Department, in the Pay Band- 4 of Rs. 9000/- to Rs. 40500/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 4400/- with the entry
pay of Rs.13400/- (under ROPA '09) and other allowances as admissible with effect from the date of his joining
and to post them at South 24 Parganas Division" P.w. Dte. in South 24 Pgs District until further order on the
condition that the temporary appointment will be liable to be cancelled either in the event of an adverse Police
Verification Report or unfit Medical Examination Report from competent authority as per extant Government
Rules.

receipt of completed P.V.R.and the Medical Examination Report in respect of the said candidates.
Necessary orders for officiating appointment shall be issued after receipt of the said papers from this
end.
D. A Declaration in terms of Rule-9 of W.B.S.R.,Part-I regarding age should be obtained from the
concerned candidate at the time of joining and one copy of the same together with other paper

lieu thereof from either side.
E. His / Her appointment will be automatically cancelled without making any further reference if he
fails to join or report to the officer concerned within 15 (Fifteen) days from the date of issue of this
order.
F. NoT A/DA will be allowed at the time of joining.
