CONTRACT ON AMENDING, SUPPLEMENTING THE ECONOMIC CONTRACT

No. VTPC1-0106-2016060601-C-01
- Pursuant to the Memorandum of Understanding on the compensation for land acquisition
with respect to the implementation of residential development project for experts and
workers in Vinh Tan 1 BOT coal-fired power plant signed on 01st June 2016 between
Vinh Tan 1 Power Company Limited and Jin Young Vina Travel Company Limited;
- Pursuant to the the Economic Contract No. VTPC1-0106-2016060601-C dated 06th June
2016 regarding the operation between Vinh Tan 1 Power Company Limited and Jin
Young Vina Travel Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Economic Contract");
- Based on the actual implementation of the Economic Contract.
Today, on 10th May 2017 at the Office of Vinh Tan 1 Power Company Limited, we include:

Upon the mutual agreement, the two parties agree to amend and supplement the Economic
Contract with the following contents:

Article 1: .- To amend the Article 1 of the Economic Contract as follows:

Article 1. Compensation for assets
Party A shall indemnify and compensate for all costs invested in construction and assets
attached to the land plot which is located in Vinh Tan Commune, Tuy Phong District, Binh
Thuan Province (Details of land plot are shown in the Certificates of land use rights No.
BD098200 of Jin Young Vina Travel Company Limited issued on 15th April 2011, enclosed
with this contract), including but not limited to the works built on land ( if any), the whole
trees and flowers on the land.
Article 2. - To amend Clauses 1 and 2 of Article 2 of the Economic Contract as follows:
1. Total contract value: VND 10,117,478,608 (in words: ten billion, one hundred and
seventeen million, four hundred and seventy eight thousand, six hundred and eighty dongs).
2. The contract value included all taxes, charges and fees (if any) as prescribed by law. Party
A will not have to pay any additional costs to Party B other than the contract value as stated in
Clause 1 of this Article.
Article 3. General provisions
This amendment and supplement contract is an integral part of the Economic Contract.
Apart from the provisions provided in this amendment and supplement contract, the provisions
of the Economic Contract shall remain unchanged.
This amendment and supplement contract is made into four (4) copies and effective from
the signing date, each party keeps 02 copies with the same validity.
