KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
Applicants that do not address the following criteria may not be considered. Answers should be brief (no more
than 300 words) but include at least one example from your previous experience. Your responses should reflect
the positions objectives and your understanding of the context of this position.
Education
1. Bachelor degree in environmental science/ management, political science, international relations,
communication, community development, or other relevant degree; or a combination of relevant education
and experience.

My Bachelor degree is Biological Science and my M.Sc. study in Environmental Science at the University of
Gadjah Mada (UGM) has also prepared me for this position. I am sure that courses such as Community
Empowerment for Sustainable Development, Environmental Economy, environmental health, Systemic
Approach in the Development of Sustainable with social and cultural gave me essential skills to support my
performance for this position.

Working Competencies: Project Management


1. At least two years experience in program/ project implementation with focus on sustainable development
issues, such as climate change, low carbon development, and integrated resource management (may includes
relevant internship/ volunteering work).
2. Demonstrated understanding and working knowledge of data collection and analysis.
3. Previous experience in development work or related work for donor organizations, government institutions,
NGOs, private sector/ consulting firm is a strong advantage.
4. Knowledge of local government operational frameworks and processes is highly desirable.

I used to work as Assistant experts remain areas of Biology Environmental at one of the
company's environmental consultant. creating and compiling reports document the
environment as AMDAL and UKL-UPL. I have also been working closely with the
Department of Marine and Fisheries of Wajo Regency in handling the issue of the welfare of
fishermen of Tempe Lake in Wajo Regency.

Working Competencies: Communication


1. Comfortable with writing at different levels: subject based writing, reports, journalistic articles, and web
base snippets; keeping in mind the target audience and the medium.
2. Experience in developing different publication tools (i.e. Adobe Photoshop/ Illustrator, social media, simple
infographic, basic photography, etc).

I am comfortable writing and make a report. I also have a blog writing hobby, and
experience with social media.

I believe, my previous experiences equipped me with diverse skills and ability to perform this
program. Additionally, I am a young, independence, highly motivated, and am experienced in analytical
thinking. I like to work either in a team or individual.
