OnWednesday,SenateMajorityLeaderMitchMcConnellmostlymadenicewith
Trumpbutalsoshotdownorexpressedlittleenthusiasminsomeofhisplans.On
Trump'sproposaltoimposetermlimitsonCongress,McConnellsaid,"Itwillnotbe
ontheagendaintheSenate."McConnellhasbeenalongstandingopponentofterm
limits,asNPR'sSusanDavisreports."Iwouldsaywehavetermlimitsnowthey're
calledelections."

*FOURTH,beginremovingthemorethan2millioncriminalillegalimmigrantsfrom
thecountryandcancelvisastoforeigncountriesthatwon'ttakethemback

*FIFTH,suspendimmigrationfromterrorproneregionswherevettingcannotsafely
occur.Allvettingofpeoplecomingintoourcountrywillbeconsideredextreme
vetting.
Next,IwillworkwithCongresstointroducethefollowingbroaderlegislativemeasures
andfightfortheirpassagewithinthefirst100daysofmyAdministration:

1.MiddleClassTaxReliefAndSimplificationAct.Aneconomicplandesignedtogrowthe
economy4%peryearandcreateatleast25millionnewjobsthroughmassivetaxreduction
andsimplification,incombinationwithtradereform,regulatoryrelief,andliftingthe
restrictionsonAmericanenergy.Thelargesttaxreductionsareforthemiddleclass.A
middleclassfamilywith2childrenwillgeta35%taxcut.Thecurrentnumberofbrackets
willbereducedfrom7to3,andtaxformswilllikewisebegreatlysimplified.Thebusiness
ratewillbeloweredfrom35to15percent,andthetrillionsofdollarsofAmericancorporate
moneyoverseascannowbebroughtbackata10percentrate.

2.EndTheOffshoringAct.Establishestariffstodiscouragecompaniesfromlayingofftheir
workersinordertorelocateinothercountriesandshiptheirproductsbacktotheU.S.tax
free.

3.AmericanEnergy&InfrastructureAct.Leveragespublicprivatepartnerships,and
privateinvestmentsthroughtaxincentives,tospur$1trillionininfrastructureinvestment
over10years.Itisrevenueneutral.

4.SchoolChoiceAndEducationOpportunityAct.Redirectseducationdollarstogive
parentstherighttosendtheirkidtothepublic,private,charter,magnet,religiousorhome
schooloftheirchoice.Endscommoncore,bringseducationsupervisiontolocal
communities.Itexpandsvocationalandtechnicaleducation,andmake2and4yearcollege
moreaffordable.

5.RepealandReplaceObamacareAct.FullyrepealsObamacareandreplacesitwithHealth
SavingsAccounts,theabilitytopurchasehealthinsuranceacrossstatelines,andletsstates
manageMedicaidfunds.ReformswillalsoincludecuttingtheredtapeattheFDA:thereare
over4,000drugsawaitingapproval,andweespeciallywanttospeedtheapprovaloflife
savingmedications.

6.AffordableChildcareandEldercareAct.AllowsAmericanstodeductchildcareandelder
carefromtheirtaxes,incentivizesemployerstoprovideonsidechildcareservices,and
createstaxfreeDependentCareSavingsAccountsforbothyoungandelderlydependents,
withmatchingcontributionsforlowincomefamilies.

7.EndIllegalImmigrationActFullyfundstheconstructionofawallonoursouthern
borderwiththefullunderstandingthatthecountryMexicowillbereimbursingtheUnited
Statesforthefullcostofsuchwallestablishesa2yearmandatoryminimumfederalprison
sentenceforillegallyreenteringtheU.S.afterapreviousdeportation,anda5year
mandatoryminimumforillegallyreenteringforthosewithfelonyconvictions,multiple
misdemeanorconvictionsortwoormorepriordeportationsalsoreformsvisarulesto
enhancepenaltiesforoverstayingandtoensureopenjobsareofferedtoAmericanworkers
first.

8.RestoringCommunitySafetyAct.Reducessurgingcrime,drugsandviolencebycreating
aTaskForceOnViolentCrimeandincreasingfundingforprogramsthattrainandassist
localpoliceincreasesresourcesforfederallawenforcementagenciesandfederal
prosecutorstodismantlecriminalgangsandputviolentoffendersbehindbars.

9.RestoringNationalSecurityAct.Rebuildsourmilitarybyeliminatingthedefense
sequesterandexpandingmilitaryinvestmentprovidesVeteranswiththeabilitytoreceive
publicVAtreatmentorattendtheprivatedoctoroftheirchoiceprotectsourvital
infrastructurefromcyberattackestablishesnewscreeningproceduresforimmigrationto
ensurethosewhoareadmittedtoourcountrysupportourpeopleandourvalues

10.CleanupCorruptioninWashingtonAct.EnactsnewethicsreformstoDraintheSwamp
andreducethecorruptinginfluenceofspecialinterestsonourpolitics.
 OnNovember8th,Americanswillbevotingforthis100dayplantorestoreprosperity
tooureconomy,securitytoourcommunities,andhonestytoourgovernment.
