Prof. Dr. Bob de Wit is Professor of Strategic
Leadership at the Open University and the Maastricht
School of Management. He is also director of Strategy
Works and Strategy Academy in Rotterdam.
Bob holds a PhD degree in Management Science from
Erasmus University Rotterdam. He was a professor in
strategic management at the Rotterdam School of
Management from 1986 to 1996. He is a member of
the Review Board of the Strategic Management
Society, a member of the Academic Council of the
Ecole Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, and
from 2003 till 2009 he has been the Chairman of the
Vereniging voor Str
Strategische Besluitvorming (VSB).
Bob
b de Wit has (co
(co-) authored 18 books, 48 articles
and chapters in books, and 18 cases and teaching
notes in the area of strategic management. In 1994 he
co-authored
authored a strategic management book, together
with Ron Meyer, entit
entitled Strategy - Process, Content,
Context: An International Perspective
Perspective, which has sold
over 350.000 copies in four editions (1994, 1998,
2005, 2010), and has been adopted by more than 200
universities and business schools worldwide. The
executive edition ((1999, 2006, 2010) is entitled

Create Competitive Advantage
