Use the chainsaw to cut the rocks away, then remove them with the tongs.
Remove the feathers under the rock with the tongs, then use the pizza cutter and slice
the guy open where the orange line is.
Remove the feathers using the tongs then cut the indicated area with the pizza cutter.
Use the chainsaw to cut the heart away.
Remove it with the tongs, put the new one in place then use the lighter & gel.
Use the stapler and the lighter and gel again to heal the bird.
Use the stapler, lighter and gel on that cut!
Make a new cut in the upper area.
Use the tongs to remove the ones on the left, starting with the top one, then the ones
on the right, also starting with the top one.
After removing them, place the mechanism using the tongs. Use the lighter, then the
gel to glue it in place. Attach the new mechanism and use the lighter and gel.
Deal with the cut, then make a new one in the area below, using the pizza cutter.
This areas even messier: Use the chainsaw to cut the rock away, then remove the bits
with the tongs. Remove the vertebrae as well, then use the vacuum to clean
everything up. Finally, attach the new pieces of equipment using the tongs and then
the lighter / healing gel combo.
Deal with the final cut using the stapler, then lighter and gel.
LEVEL 2. BARBARA HO-TEP

Cut the bandages away along the dotted lines then remove with tongs, cauterize
and apply ointment to the three cuts and burns.
Cut an incision into the belly.
Cut the bandages and remove with tongs, then take the red syringe and slowly
pull the plunger back to suck the embalming fluid out.
Once back out, staple and cauterize the wound and apply ointment.
Cut in at the heart. Cut and remove the bandages again.
Remove embalming fluid and staple/cauterize/ointment the cuts.
Cut into the heart.
Use tongs to pull out the coin.
Remove embalming fluid.
Deal with the two incisions and youre done.
LEVEL 3. FILTHY NOWE

Cut into the machine. Barbaras Beetle will clean up most of the stuff. Use the
vacuum to clean up the rest.
Staple and cauterize and apply ointment to the cuts.
Do the same once youre back out to the surface, then cut in again.
Vacuum the gunk and then use the tongs to pull the gold coin out.
Staple, cauterize and set ointment on the cuts including the cut hiding in the
background.
Then use the tongs to put the soda can in between the two metal lines.
Secure it using the lighter and ointment.
Deal with the cut, then use the brick with the tongs to break the glass.
Use tongs to pull the broken glass and brick away. Place the organ in place.
Color-match the electrodes then charge the organ with the car battery.
Place the glass panel back on using tongs and youre done.
LEVEL 4. DR. BLEED

Make an incision. Once inside use the tongs to match the ribs.
Use your index finger instead of thumb so that you can see the ribs because
accuracy is required.
Then staple, cauterize and apply ointment to the incision.
Replay this afterward to do it at high speed for three stars.
When you replay you will have to use tongs to pull out a coin from an incision at
the end.
Once you pull it out red blobs will spray out. Vacuum them up and then
staple/cauterize/ointment the cuts.
LEVEL 5. TOMMY GRACEFULS

Very carefully pull out the glass shards with tongs then vacuum the blood drops.
Staple the big cuts, then cauterize and heal all of them.
Make an incision.
Do the same steps again.
Use the green syringe early to speed the heart rate up.
Once at the skin staple, cauterize and heal the incision.
When you replay it, you will pull a diamond out of the lungs also.

Pull the thorns out with the tongs and seal with all of the cuts.
Vacuum the blood splats.
Cut in and once inside do the same thing.
Cut in the second time.
Pull out the diamond and thorns and deal with the wounds the same way.
Use the green syringe liberally when you can.
Cut in a third time.
Do the same thing.
Watch out for the cut in the background.
Close the incision and youre done.

Remove nails with tongs

Treat (staple, cauterize, ointment) nail hole and other cuts.
Scan towards middle of chest and cut
Remove nail, treat nail hole.
Vacuum blood spatters.
Make an incision along the dotted line.
Pull out the coin, treat wounds.
Vacuum the blood
You will scan two more times left lung, right lung remove nails, treat cuts,
vacuum.
Close up/treat outer incision to end the level.

LEVEL 8. TRENCH COAT

Pull the bullet out and then staple, cauterize and apply ointment to the cuts and
vacuum the spatters.
Cut into his chest twice, over his right nipple and halfway in between the two
nipples (use the scanner to pinpoint the locations) and deal with the bullets and
cuts.
Use a couple green syringes before cutting in again as this is when the heart rate is
most stable.
Make the incision.
Then once inside deal with the bullets and cuts the same way.
Cut in at the bottom of the intestine then at the center right and center left portions
of the liver.
Then pull out the bullets, deal with the cuts and spatters.
Cut in a second time. Staple and deal with all of the cuts.
Make an incision in the middle of each of the two kidneys.
Pull the bullets out and deal with the cuts and spatters. Close up the final incision
and you are done.

LEVEL 9. JUNKYARD GUTS

Make an incision. Once inside use the chainsaw to cut along black, dotted lines.
Use Tongs to pull away the rib cage square, and add a new one. Cauterize yellow
lines, apply ointment along green lines
Vacuum up splatters and start next incision.
Treat cuts, then pull out all objects from next set of cuts (magnet included). You
will have to follow the shape of te magnet with the stapler to close the wound.
Treat all remaining cuts
Close the incision.

Cut in, then use the red syringe to suck out the green goo
Staple, cauterize and apply ointment to the incision.
Do this one more time.
The third time that you cut in, suck out the green goo, pull out the splinters,
vacuum the spatters, then staple and cauterize and apply ointment to the cuts.
Close up the last incision.

LEVEL 11.EDDY THE DOG
In this level youll use the lighter and vacuum in a different way to remove the
tracking sensor chips. Here are the steps for completing Eddy the Dogs surgery
(use green syringes as needed):
Make an incision. Once inside, use the lighter to burn off the tracking devices.
Vacuum the fire.
Pull glass out of cut and treat wound.
Staple and treat chest wound and make second incision. You will remove
electronic chips and treat wounds as before.
Once back to chest, close and treat wound.
Use the chainsaw to cut the collar along the dotted black lines and remove the
pieces with Tongs (there are three parts).
Vacuum the spatters.

LEVEL 12.MEATSACK JACK

Cut into him and once inside, cut out the left kidney with the chainsaw.
First cut around it, then when the dotted lines pop up in the middle, cut it into
three pieces and pull each of them out with the tongs.
Then place the new one in with the tongs, and secure it with the lighter and the
ointment.
Vacuum up the spatters. Close the incision with staples, fire and ointment.
Cut in a second time, and remove and replace the lungs, first the left and then the
right, the same way as you did the kidney.
Close up the second incision.

LEVEL 13.HORACE D' OBSCENE

In this level, we are introduced to a real challenge ants! Heres how to stop and
kill the ants and complete Horraces surgery.
Make an incision. Treat cuts on heart.
A new setoff cuts appear and ant pour out.
Zap individual ants with the car battery (be careful not to miss or youll have to
salve the additional burns!).
Keep an eye on heart rate between zaps and use syringe as needed.
Optional - Pull out the coin/gem from cut, treat wound and vacuum the spatters (If
you dont want to do this, you can go straight to the incision but your score will
be lower).
Make new incision.
Zap the hole with battery three times to shut it (This stops any more ants from
coming out.)
Zap queen ant three times to kill it.
Zap additional ants
Treat cuts and burns and close up the incision.

Pull out all of the tools and at Staples with the Tongs. Staple and cauterize the
cuts, planet use the owing to make it to heal both the cards and the staple marks.
Make an incision. Deal with all of the cuts as before. Use the scanner. You will
make incisions at the center right, lower center, and upper left portions of the
screen. Remove the syringes and cauterize and apply appointment to the cuts.
When you cut in a second time, vacuum up all of the fire and take out the vacuum
from his belly. Close the incision and youre done.

Defrost the ice using the lighter
Make upper middle incision.
Remove ice and diamond, vacuum blood spatters, treat wounds
Make upper left incision.

Remove pieces with tongs and treat with lighter and ointment, and then pick them
out with the tongs.
Clean up splatters with vacuum.
Make lower right incision.
Defrost ice with lighter.
Kill bugs with car battery, pick them up with tongs.
Treat wounds and close incision (s).

Cauterize and apply ointment to all of the cuts and make an incision.
Use the tongs to carefully pull out all of the shards.

Make a second incision when you are back at skin level.
Cut into the upper right, lower right, lower left, and upper left sections of the
heart.
Remove the shrapnel, vacuum the splatters, deal with the cuts.
Close up the incision and you will be done.

Cut in to the right of his bellybutton and underneath his left nipple.
Remove the cash, vacuum the blood, and use staples, lighter, and ointment to deal
with the cuts.
Make an incision and cut in at the lower right side. Pull out the credit card and
deal with the spatters and cuts. Make two more incisions. Then cut in just to the
right of the center of the screen. Pull out the passport and vacuum the blood.
Staple, cauterize and apply ointment to each incision one at a time and you will be
done.

LEVEL 18.RICHARD THIMBLE
Use a green syringe right away to stabilize the heart rate then pull the shard of
glass and the barber wire out. Then vacuum spatters and staple, cauterize, and
apply ointment to the cuts. Before cutting in again use another green syringe. Cut
in again, then use the pizza butter on the bottom right corner of the left lung and
the middle left corner of the right lung. Use the scanner if you need to. Then
remove the barbs from the wounds and vacuum the blood. Staple, cauterize and
heal the wounds and the incision.

Cut out and remove the diamond. Staple, cauterize and heal the cut with ointment
then make the incision on the dotted line. Cut in and chainsaw the weak bone out
and place the new one in. Secure it with the lighter and ointment. Pull the shard
out then use staples, lighter and ointment to heal the cut. When you back it out,
make another incision. Replace the bone fragment as before. Close the incision.
Make a third one. Chainsaw the old bone out. Pull out the two objects and the old
bone and then vacuum up the blood. Staple the cuts. Then use the lighter to weld
the bone in and cauterize the cuts. Apply ointment to the bone and cuts. Close the
incision.

LEVEL 20.MISS DISTRESS

Cut in and then cut an incision, stick the pin in using the Tongs, cauterize it with
the lighter and apply ointment. repeat twice. When back at skin level close the
incision then cut in again. Do the pin thing again four times, then you will be back
at skin level. Close the incision.

LEVEL 21.SCARLET THROBBING

Treat outer wounds and make incision.
Use the chainsaw to hit the crab. Keep cutting as it moves until it dies. Youll then
have to kill a second one. Once it dies, remove it with the Tongs.
Treat any wounds, vacuum up splatters.
Make next incision. There will be three crabs to kill. Remove two with Tongs and
left over claw and other shrapnel in wounds
Treat wounds, vacuum splatters.
Close incision to finish.

Use the chainsaw to remove his nose. Pull it out with the Tongs and put the new
nose in. Secure it with a lighter and the ointment. Make an incision. Zap the bird
three times on three separate flyovers with the car battery. Vacuum up the feathers
and use the red syringe to clean up any green goo. Make another incision. Pull out
the coin and the furry friend, clean up the blood with the vacuum, then staple,
cauterize and heal the wounds. Do the same to the incision.

Staple the big cuts and cauterize and heal all cuts. Make an incision. Chainsaw the
bone out. Take the Tongs and pull out the bone shards from the cuts as well as the
old bone. Vacuum up all of the blood and staple the big cuts. Use the lighter to
secure the bone and cauterize the cuts. Use the ointment to heal the bone and cuts.
Close the first incision. Make a second incision and do the same exact thing as
with the first incision. Close the second incision and you will be done.

LEVEL 24.MYSTERY PAINT
Use the green syringe then make an incision. Suck out the green goo with the red
syringe. Staple the big cut and cauterize and heal all of them. Close the first
incision and use the green syringe then make the second one. When the light
flashes, the bee will fly over in a second. Zap the bee three times with the car
battery. Zap it on the far side of its slight path (if it comes from the left, aim to get
it on the right side of the light and vice versa). Pull the dead bee out with the
Tongs, as well as the coin in the big cut. Vacuum the blood, staple the big cut,
then cauterize all of the small cuts and heal them with ointment. Close the
incision. This must all be done very quickly.

LEVEL 25.TEMPLE GUARDIAN

Vacuum or pull out the cubes with Tongs (vacuum is faster, Tongs give your more
points)
Remove all debris from wounds with Tongs EXCEPT large metal piece (well
return to it later). Vacuum blood and treat wounds.
Make first incision and pull out small debris from one cut, ignoring large metal
debris.
Vacuum splatters, treat wounds.
Scan for and make new cut. Remove debris and treat wound.
Make next incision and use chainsaw to cut out big metal piece and vacuum up
blood.
Chainsaw the pipe, remove two pieces of metal (leave the piece to the far right.
Vacuum splatters, treat wounds.
You will return to the chest. Here, pull out the big piece of metal, treat cuts,
vacuum splatters.
Use incision in head, then chainsaw out the brain. Remove with Tongs.
Chainsaw metal piece and remove with Tongs. Treat all wounds and vacuum
splatters
Replace brain with Tongs. Use lighter and ointment to secure.
You will now return to the Temple Guardians head. Remove metal piece. Treat
wounds, vacuum splatters.
Make new incision. Remove book with Tongs. Chainsaw out and remove the
helicopter book, then circular pull up control.
Close up incision to finish.

LEVEL 26.MISTER GIBLETS

Pull out the coin then vacuum the blood and staple and cauterize and apply ointment to
the cut. Then chainsaw into his head along the dotted line. Pull the metal hat off using
Tongs. Match the pipes using the Tongs. Once you do, weld the hat back on using the
lighter and ointment. Match pipes again then close the incision. Make the third incision.
Use the clamps just above the spraying point on the pipes. Turn clockwise to close them
then match the new pipes. The clamps will be automatically removed. Finally, close the
last incision.

Staple the big cut and cauterize and heal all cuts. Make an incision. Pull the

shrapnel out then vacuum, staple, cauterize and use ointment. Do the same to the
two incisions.

30: Neil File use the chainsaw to break up the cement. Vacuum the blood, staple,
cauterize and put cream on the cuts. Cut in on the left side. Chainsaw the cement balls
again but not the organs at first. Vacuum the blood and deal with the cuts. Then cut out
the old organs with the chainsaw. Cut them into three and pull them out with the Tongs.
Replace them with the new organs. Close up the first incision. Make a second incision
and do the same thing as with the first one. Close the second incision and youre done.

Kill the fleas with the car battery, then remove them with the Tongs and cauterize
and apply ointment to the cuts. Make the left incision, use the clamp to stop the
blood by turning it clockwise, then close the artery with the lighter and ointment
under the clamp. Then staple the big cuts, cauterize and use ointment on all cuts.
Make the right incision, then do the same thing. Close the two incisions. Kill the
fleas on the next screen and deal with the cuts. Cut in again. Stop the flow of
blood with two clamps, then use the lighter and ointment under where you placed
them. Staple, cauterize and apply ointment as needed. Use green syringes to keep
the heart rate up while you do all this, then close as needed.

LEVEL 32.ERNEST PICKLES

32: Earnest Pickles Use a partner like Procrastibot 3000 who can extend the
time. Chainsaw in a small circle on the cement to get rid of them. Staple the big
cuts, cauterize all of them, then apply ointment to the cuts and cement abrasions
and vacuum any blood spatters left over. Make an incision. Chainsaw out the rib
(tap instead of swipe to avoid blood spatters), pull it out with the Tongs then
attach it with the lighter and ointment. Repeat for the two other ribs. Close the
incision. On the next screen pull the junk out, vacuum the blood and deal with the
cuts. Make a second incision. Chainsaw out the bone and attach the new one in
with lighter and ointment then close the incision. On the next screen chainsaw the
cement, staple the big cuts, cauterize all cuts and use ointment on the cuts and
abrasions.

LEVEL 34.TENGY DOWNE

You start everything fairly easy: use the Tongs to remove the things on the fingers,
then apply the claws. Do the same for both hands:
Cut with the pizza cutter and simply drag the item with the Tongs to the cut. Then,
make a new cut and youll get into a new area of your patients body
Use the chainsaw to cut the veins, then add Clamps to the left vein at the bottom
and right one at the top as seen in the image below:
Then use the Tongs to add the mechanism near the veins and use lighter & gel to
fix it. Finally, use the stapler and lighter, then gel to deal with the cut.
Using the Tongs, place the wings in the engine-looking thing:
Now the fun part starts. Cut the nose with the pizza cutter.
Use the chainsaw (or partner) to cut the green things. They contain poison, so my
suggestion would be to cut 2-3 at a time, then use the vacuum to suck the poison.
Make sure you keep an eye on the heart rate and use the green syringe if needed.
Cut the remaining green things with the chainsaw, then clean everything up.
Finally, take care of the cut and using the Tongs, attach the new nose to our birdy
friend.
This is indeed a difficult level where you have to be both patient and fast. Keep an eye on
the heart rate when dealing with the poison, be careful with the chainsaw and you can
master this level even without the help of a partner. Several replays might be needed so
that you know what youre doing, but you will get this done eventually!

LEVEL 35.OFFICER HACK BRUTALITY

Make an incision, cut along the intestine until you unveil three debris pieces. Pull
out the debris, then use the pizza cutter to cut out the seeping smoke. Vacuum the
blood and gray spatters. Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Make a second incision
and another one immediately after that. Chainsaw the handcuffs along the dotted
lines into three pieces, and remove all three and vacuum the blood. Close both
incisions.
After two extremely difficult levels in Amateur Surgeon 4, Killa Bee

Killed and Tengu Downe, the game has some slightly easier challenges for us for
levels 35 and 36. And I am here to make things even easier for you by sharing a
complete guide to the Amateur Surgeon 4 Officer Hack Brutality, as well as
the Vince Petroleum level. These are, in case you keep counting, levels 35 and 36
of the game.
These are both pretty basic levels that you can easily three star without the need to
use Partners. I highly recommend you to do it without them, actually and save
those important fellows for more difficult levels!
Now these being said, lets check out below our Amateur Surgeon 4 Walkthrough
guide to Officer Hack Brutality & Vince Petroleum so that you can easily
complete both stages with maximum points!
Cut with the pizza cutter. The most difficult area of the level starts and you have it
pictured and solved below:
As you can see, you will have three hidden items for the Tongs, which can be
found with the scanner. Theyre always in the same positions, though, so you can
cut directly as you see them in the image above.
Cut with the pizza cutter each of the gray areas: cut two or three times, in an X
form, in order to let the poison out. Quickly use the vacuum to remove the poison.
After removing the items with the Tongs, use the stapler, then the lighter on all
cuts. Then add the healing gel.
Use the stapler with the wound and cut the new area.
Cut again, then use the chainsaw for the Handcuffs. Remove them with the Tongs,
then keep stapling the wounds until youre done! This is a very easy level where
time might be a problem, so make sure you move fast!

Staple and cauterize the cuts, then vacuum the fire.
Gel the cuts to heal them.
Make an incision and do the same thing.
Close the incision.

LEVEL 37.VALERIE PIPSQUEAK

Chainsaw around the head, then chainsaw an X through the head and pull off all
four pieces.
Use tongs to remove the pieces of metal, then use the stapler on the cuts, followed
by the lighter and healing gel
Then use the chainsaw to cut the black part of the brain away. Keep an eye on the
heart rate and use a partner or the green syringe if needed!
There are some rock-like things there. Use the lighter on them, then use the pizza
cutter to cut them open and have some grey poison pop out. Use the vacuum to
pull it away
Attack the new brain part using the tngs, then use the lighter and healing gel. Do
the same with the skull and youre all set!

LEVEL 38.EDGAR STUBBINGTON III

38: Edgar Stubbington III make an incision, then make a second incision inside.
Implant the growth hormone using the Tongs, then staple, cauterize and gel the
cut. Repeat until you finish the stage. Do this as quickly as possible and/or use
Procrastibot to add time.

39: Donny Debonair make an incision. Chainsaw the old kidney out, then
remove it with the Tongs and put the gold kidney in. Attach it with the lighter and
gel and close the incision. Make another incision and chainsaw the ribcage off and
pull it with the Tongs. Chainsaw out the piece of skin and pull with Tongs. Attach
the PIMP plate and fasten it with the lighter and gel. Do the same with the gold
ribs. Vacuum all blood as needed throughout. Close the final incision.

LEVEL 40.STINKIN' JOE GARBAGE

40: Stinkin Joe Garbage staple the big cuts and cauterize and gel all of the cuts,
then make an incision. Use the lighter and gel as you get the chance while waiting
for the worm to pop up. When it does zap it with the battery. After three zaps it
will stop appearing. Cauterize and gel the cuts. When back at the top staple,
cauterize and gel as needed then make another incision, then make an incision
into the heart. Hit the worm three times again, cauterizing and gelling while you
wait. After the third zap cut into the lower left side close to the middle of the
screen and the dead worm will pop up. Remove with Tongs, vacuum blood,
staple, cauterize and gel the cut. Do the same to the two incisions and youre
done.
Stinkin Joe Garbage is a brand new boss in Amateur Surgeon 4 and one really
challenging dude! I had to go through the surgery multiple times in order to get
the right partner and be able to complete it in time, but I did it in the end. And I
am here to share with you what has to be done to ace the surgery as well! So
prepare for the complete Amateur Surgeon 4 Stinkin Joe Garbage walkthrough
guide!
This is a very difficult patient and you must bring a partner in to play the mission.
I only had one of the three recommended ones available and I found the choice
strange to say the least. I first went with Ted Rando, which is a horrible partner
for Sinkin Joe as you dont need extra cuts! I dont know about the others, but I
had more success with my own partners. Well find everything about them in
our Amateur Surgeon 4 Stinkin Joe Garbage guide to get three stars, then the 4th
and the 5th!
Before starting: Selecting the right partner for the job will save you a lot of time
and headaches. I personally recommend going in with Mr. Giblets or Dr. Rippov
as they both help a ton with dealing with the cuts (either by applying gel or giving
you much needed time). Either way, this will still be a race against the clock!
Were starting fairly easy. Use the stapler on the cuts, then the lighter and healing
gel. Dont use Mr. Giblets now if you choose him as your partner!
Make the cut and go inside. You will see cuts which start appearing out of
nowhere. Every 3-4 cuts, a worm-like creature will appear. Make sure you have
the battery selected and zap the worm right away. You have to do this three times.
While waiting, to win some time, you can use the lighter to cauterize a few cuts,
but make sure you dont miss the worm. An anti-bug partner might destroy him
sooner. If you have Mr Giblets, make sure to use him to apply the gel.
Stitch the new cuts with the stapler, the lighter & gel. Make the new cut, then cut
again with the Pizza Cutter.
Were going to have to deal with the worm once more. Now he takes a bit more
time to show its ugly face. Wait and cauterize the cuts while the makes them, then
quickly select the battery and zap it when it appears.
When it disappears, you can make a cut in the indicated area below (you would
normally have to use the scanner to find it, but it will always be in the same
place). Use the pizza cutter to slice it and then the Tongs to drag the worm out.
Staple the wounds, use the lighter on them and add the gel.
Work your way back by using the stapler and lighter/gel combo. Youre done, but
you have to be quick!

LEVEL 41.BUG EATER PETER

Make two incisions. Pull the coin out of the one cut, then staple, cauterize and gel
the cuts to keep the heart rate from dropping two fasts. Slice the spider eggs with
the pizza cutter. Cut out the gray goo with the pizza cutter three short swipes for
each gray smoke spot. Do three or four at a time to keep the heart rate from
dropping too quickly. Vacuum the gray goo drops. Cauterize and gel the cuts.
Once done, close the two incisions.

LEVEL 42.KARL PUCCINO

42: Karl Puccino make an incision then find the coffee packets with the scanner
and cut them out with the pizza cutter. There are two in the lower to middle half
of the right lung and one in the lower middle part of the left lung. Pull all three
out, then take the cutter and cut the smoke out of three of the cuts. Three cuts per
smoke. Vacuum the gray goo and blood. Cut the other three smokes out and
vacuum. Staple the round coffee packet cuts then cauterize and apply gel. Close
the incision.

43: Animal the Cannibal Make an incision. Remove the coin and the bones with
the Tongs. Then vacuum up the blood, staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Make the
second incision. Remove all of the small bones and other objects. Chainsaw the
pelvis apart, then remove the pieces with the Tongs, then do the same with the
skull. Vacuum the blood. Staple, cauterize and gel the incision.

LEVEL 44.EDDY THE DOG PART 2

44: Eddy the Dog Part 2 Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts and use a pizza cutter
to cut out the infection. Vacuum the blood and the gray got, then make an
incision. Once inside remove the kidney with the chainsaw, pull out the pieces
with the Tongs, put the new kidney in and attach it with the lighter and gel. Cut
the infections out with the pizza cutter and vacuum the gray bits. Staple, cauterize
and gel as needed. Pull the diamond out of his skin and close the incisions.

LEVEL 45.EARNEST PICKLES

The first thing you see is the wobbly eyes and mustache. In order to make them
stop, you have to apply healing gel. Just tap the green jar of healing gel and rub it
on the eyes. They will slowly start to move less and eventually they will stop
moving. Do the same with the mustache. This was the trick!

Make the cut. The organs are moving again! Select the gel and apply it on the
screen, quickly, until they stop moving. Youll be taken back: use the stapler,
lighter and gel for the cut.
Make a new cut. Again, a dancing organ. Apply the gel until it stops, then make
a new cut.
Theres a voodoo doll there with nails in it. Use the Tongs to remove the nails,
then apply healing gel to the moving doll. You will probably have to use the
Green Syringe now to restore some health.

Use the chainsaw to cut the black margins around the doll, then remove it with the
Tongs. Use the vacuum for the blood, then add the Cookie. Glue it there with the
lighter and healing gel.
45: Earnest Pickles Apply very heavy doses of gel to his eyes and mustache
until they stop moving. Make an incision. Apply gel to stop the organ from
moving. Do the second incision and do the same thing. Make the third incision
and pull the nails out of the doll. It will start moving; apply gel to stop it. Then
when the black dotted lines appear chainsaw it out. Pull it out with the Tongs and
put in the gingerbread man, then attach it with the lighter and gel. Close the
incisions.

LEVEL 46.ANIMAL THE CANNIBAL

Make an incision. Cut up the onions with the chainsaw until they go away,
ignoring the blurry screen that comes when you do. Pull out the tomatoes and
cucumbers and vacuum the peas and blood. Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts.
Make the second incision. Chainsaw the onion out but be careful because the
screen will shake and wave around. Pull it out with Tongs. Pull out the corn with
Tongs. Vacuum the blood and peas and deal with the cuts. Close the incision. Cut
in again. Use the pizza cutter to slice into the fat parts of the organ near the
bottom left and top middle of the screen. Cut out the infection with three slices
apiece then vacuum the gray residue. Cauterize and gel the cuts and close the last
incision.

Pull out the shrapnel with the Tongs then vacuum the blood, staple, cauterize and
gel the cuts. Make the first incision and do the same thing. Make the second
incision. Use the pizza cutter to find shrapnel hidden in the left center and upper
right corners of the liver. Pull out all shrapnel, vacuum the blood, staple, cauterize
and gel the cuts. Make the third incision. Chainsaw the kidney out and pull it with
the Tongs.

Hit the little eyes with the lighter, suck up the green goo with the red syringe, then
remove the eyes with the Tongs. Make an incision, then ignore the tentacles and
make another incision. Hit the squid with the car battery when it opens its mouth,
then chainsaw it when its dizzy. Repeat five times. Then chainsaw it into pieces
along the dotted lines and remove its body. Once back at the surface of the heart,
remove the tentacles, vacuum the blood. Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Close
the top incision.

Make an incision then use the lighter to burn the large bubbles until they catch on
fire. Vacuum the fire. Close the incision and use the green injector to enhance the
size of her lips. Then make another one. Cut out the top of the little bone with the
chainsaw, put the new one in with the Tongs, then seal it in with the lighter and
gel. Vacuum the blood. Close the incision. Burn off the unibrow with the lighter.
Vacuum the fire and youre done.

50: Chewtoy Chuck take the pizza cutter and find the two teeth hidden in the
skin. Pull all teeth out, then staple, cauterize and gel all the cuts. One will be in
the middle right and one will be low and slightly to the left on the screen. The
next two screens will be exactly the same. On the next screen the hidden tooth
will be in kneecap, and on the third the hidden tooth will be in the lower right
buttocks.

Make an incision, then another one. kill the flies with the car battery, then vacuum
the fires and pick up the bubble. Close the incision and make another one and do

52: Peeping Tom Zap an eyelid open with the car battery. Cut into the eye. Burn

the other eye and do the same thing.

53: The Aide cut in and take out the organ with a chainsaw and Tongs. Put the
new one in with the Tongs and use the lighter and gel on it. Do the same with the
second incision. After doing the third and fourth incisions (inside the heart), blow
up the bombs with the lighter, vacuum the fire, gel the burns, and suck out the
green slime with the red syringe. Close the incisions.

54: Dwayne Pipe cauterize and gel the cuts. Make an incision then staple,
cauterize and heal again. Make another incision. Kill the ants then close the cuts.
The screen will warble and a huge worm will pop up. Chainsaw it to stun it, then
use the red syringe to make it disappear. Do this three times then suck up the
poison and zap the bugs with the car battery. Staple, cauterize and heal all wounds
and incisions.

55: Monster Make an incision. Cut off the clamps with the pizza cutter and
remove them with the Tongs. Chainsaw the arm in half and remove it. Vacuum

Tongs first. In the third incision chainsaw the chest implement out, then into
pieces, then remove the pieces and vacuum the blood. In the fourth incision, cut
the leg clamps with the pizza cutter, chainsaw the legs off, remove legs and torso
with the Tongs and vacuum blood. In the fifth incision, chainsaw the brain and the
two partial monster heads out and remove them with the Tongs. Close the last
incision.

replace the lungs one at a time, then vacuum the blood. Close the incision. Then
cut in again. Do the same as above but with the heart. Close the final incision.

57: Bug Bite Mike make an incision. Zap the big three times with the car battery
then remove it with the Tongs. In between zaps vacuum the fire while stapling and

vertebrae and pull them out. Replace them with the new vertebrae then cauterize
and gel them. Vacuum the blood. Close the first incision then cut in again. Do the
same as above. Close the second incision.

58: Tammy Gracefuls Pull out the stakes and suck out the poison with the red
syringe. Zap the snake with the car battery and chainsaw it. repeat two more times
then pull the snake out with the Tongs. Cut out the infection where the snake used
to be with the pizza cutter. Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Make an incision.
Kill the two snakes and deal with the infections. Chainsaw the liver out and pull it
with the Tongs, then place the new one and secure it with a lighter and gel. Pull
the stakes and suck out the poison. Vacuum the blood. Ignore the cuts because the
game will zoom back out before you can deal with them and close the incision.

59: Sweetmeats Pete: pull the fish out, vacuum the blood. Staple, cauterize and
gel the cuts. Do the same on the next screen. Chainsaw the leg fragment off and

clounterclockwise. Cauterize and gel the arteries. Use the Tongs to maneuver the
bones until they attach. Cauterize and gel the bones in. Attach the new leg the
same way. Do the same as above on the second leg.

60: Deceased Keith zap the frog with the battery and burn it with the lighter when its
running around. Repeat three times total. Suck out the poison with the red syringe. Make

arrows in the reverse direction that they are pointing. Staple, cauterize and heal the cuts.
Back at the liver, chainsaw it out and pull it out and put the new one in then secure it with
the lighter and gel. Vacuum the blood, deal with any cuts and close the incision.

Pull the claws out of the skin then staple, cauterize and gel the cuts and vacuum the
blood. On the next screen lance the boils and suck out the poison with the red syringe,

with the pizza cutter, then pull the fragments of the tubes out of the cuts. Chainsaw the
heart out then pull it out with the Tongs. Chainsaw out the controlling chip underneath
and pull it out. Put the new heart in and staple the cuts. Use the lighter and gel on all of it
at once. Close the incision.

Make the first incision. Drain the poison and staple, cauterize and gel all cuts. Chainsaw
both lungs and remove the pieces. Insert both new lungs with the Tongs and cauterize and

liver. Make the third incision, kill the bugs with the car battery then do the same thing
with the kidney. Make the fourth incision then do the same with the heart. Staple,
cauterize and gel all of the incisions at once.

Cut in at the upper left and lower right of his body to reveal hidden splinters. Pull all
splinters and teeth, staple, cauterize and gel cuts, then vacuum the blood. Use the green

times each with the battery. Remove the dead bats and the teeth and wood chips with the
Tongs then staple, cauterize and gel all cuts and tooth marks. Close the incision.

Cut the skull into four pieces, then pull it out with the Tongs. Vacuum the confetti and use

Vacuum the blood and put the brain-in-a-bag in with the Tongs. Cut the next guys skull
with the chainsaw and remove it with Tongs. Remove the brain with the chainsaw and
Tongs and insert the new brain, then seal it with the lighter and gel and vacuum the
blood. Use the Tongs to put the Nervous Ticks box into his brain. Reattach his skull with
the lighter and gel.

Lance the boils with the pizza cutter, then zap the bugs three times each with the battery
and remove them with the Tongs. Make an incision. Light the bases of each furnace slat
on fire (four per furnace) with the lighter, then lance the boils, kill the bugs with the
battery and remove with the Tongs. Make the second incision. Do the same thing. Then
chainsaw out the bad circuit. Pull it out then swap in the alarm clock and secure it with
the lighter and gel. Close the incision.

Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Make the first incision. Chainsaw out the ribs then pull
each of the three of them out, and replace them one at a time. Attach with the lighter and
gel and vacuum any left over blood. Cut in again. Pull out the nails then staple, cauterize
and gel the cuts. Do the same thing on the next screen. When you get to the knee,
chainsaw it out and remove with the Tongs, put the new one in, use the lighter and gel to
attach it. Close the incision and youre done.

Make an incision. Kill the snakes by zapping them with the battery and then chainsawing
them until the Nice! pops up, three times apiece. Then pull them out and use the pizza
cutter to cut the infection out until gray bubbles appear. Vacuum the bubbles and blood,
staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Make another incision. Suck out the poison with the red
syringe. Then deal with the snakes, infections, blood and cuts as before. Make another
incision. Zap the three snakes but chainsaw two of them because you wont have time to
get all three before one of them comes back around. Then kill the other snake last. Pull
out the claws. Deal with the cuts, poison, infections and blood as before. Then close all
three of the incisions.

top and bottom of the left opening where the chicken was, at the top part of the large
intestine underneath the heartbeat counter, and on the left side of the small intestine, to
reveal a total of four more hidden objects, pull them out and deal with the cuts and blood.
Staple, cauterize and gel all incisions.

LEVEL 70.THE BEARDED DRAGON LADY
Gel all of the burns then make an incision. Chainsaw out one of the fire tanks, then
remove it with Tongs, put the new one in, and attach it with the lighter and gel. Repeat
with the second fire tank then vacuum up the blood. Close the incision and make another
incision then remove and replace the object in there in the same manner. Close that
incision, open the third one and do the same thing. Then when you get to her mouth
chainsaw the old beard off and into three pieces and remove them. Place the new one on
her face and attach it with the lighter and gel.

LEVEL 71.ELEFANT BOY

Pull the peanuts out with the Tongs and vacuum the blood.
Staple and cauterize the cuts, then gel the cuts and the burn marks.
On the next screen make an incision.
Remove the peanuts, acorns and other nuts, then close the incision.
The small peanuts and acorns can be either vacuumed or pulled with Tongs.
Make the second incision and do the same thing, and staple, cauterize and gel the cuts.
Make two more incisions and once inside, do the same thing as above.

Make an incision.
Use the lighter to make the ticks fly, then zap them with the car battery. Remove dead
ticks with Tongs and gel any burns. Close the incision.
Make a second incision and do the same thing.
Make a third incision, do the same thing, then staple, cauterize and gel the cuts.
Close the final incision.

LEVEL 73.TRICKS THE PSYCHO MAN

You will need a heavily upgraded red syringe for this, at least level 7. Make an incision.
Cut the boils with the pizza cutter, suck out the poison with the red syringe and staple,
cauterize and gel the cuts. Close the incision. Make the second incision and deal with the
infections first by cutting them out and vacuuming the leftovers. Cut the boils again. Suck
out the poison and deal with the cuts. Make the third incision and chainsaw a lung out,
remove it with the Tongs, put the new lung in, then attach it with the lighter and gel.
Repeat with the other lung. Vacuum the blood and gel the burns. Make the fourth incision
and deal with the boils, poison and cuts. Close the fourth incision.

LEVEL 74.THE BRAIN IN THE JAR

Make an incision, then once inside, make the two incisions and use the pliers to insert the
communication apparatus. Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Close that incision, then
make the incision, and once inside make four more incisions. Insert the communication
apparatuses and staple, cauterize and gel the cuts. Make the third incision and chainsaw
out part of the brain, then remove it with the Tongs. Insert the machine, then color match
the red and white plugs, insert the electric clamp using the Tongs, then place the screw at
the top of the machine and vacuum the blood.

LEVEL 75.THE RINGMASTER

Use the lighter to make the ticks fly, kill them with the car battery, and remove them with
the Tongs. Pull the nails out of the sides of his skull and then remove the top of it using
Tongs. Once inside the brain, kill the small ticks. Chainsaw the big tick out, burn it with
the lighter to stop it and then shock it with the car battery. Repeat two more times until
its dead, then pull it out using Tongs. Chainsaw the brain out, pull it with the Tongs, put
the new brain in, attach it with the lighter and gel, then vacuum the blood. Place the skull
top back on top using the Tongs. Attach the skull with the lighter and gel.

LEVEL 76.HUBRIS
Make an incision. Kill the scorpion with the chainsaw, and the ants and spider with the
car battery. Vacuum the scorpion bits and remove the spider with the Tongs. Vacuum any
leftover blood. Close that incision and make another one. Kill the slugs with the car
battery. Youll need to zap the fire slugs three times each. Staple, cauterize and gel the
various cuts that pop up, and vacuum fire as needed. Make a third incision and get the
tick out with the lighter, then kill all of the jumping bugs and the tick with the car battery.
Remove them with the Tongs. Cauterize and gel the cuts, then close up the incision.

LEVEL 77.IGNACIOUS BLEED II

Make note of your tools, as they look different but perform the same, because you are
playing as Hubris in this round. Make an incision. Then burn the green bug with the
lighter until it flashes. Remove and replace the left kidney and clean up the blood. Close
the incision and make another one. Kill this blue bug with the car battery, then melt the
ice with the lighter. Remove and replace the liver and clean up blood and cuts. Close that
incision and make a third incision. Kill the red bug with the chainsaw. Remove and
replace the lungs and clean up the blood and cuts. Make the fourth incision. Watch the
bugs color. If its bright green, use the gel. Dull green requires the lighter, blue requires
the car battery and red requires the chainsaw. Kill it and remove it with the Tongs, then
deal with all of the cuts and ice, vacuum as needed, and close the incision.
Yellow: The bug will leave burn marks as he lands. He is vulnerable to the lighter.
Blue: The bug will drop ice cubes as he lands. He is vulnerable to the car battery.
Pink: The bug will make small cuts as he lands. He is vulnerable to the chainsaw.
Green: The bug will drop poison upon landing. He is vulnerable to the salve.

LEVEL 78 TRENT
Pull out the big piece of shrapnel, then cut out the infections, chainsaw the scorpion to
death and vacuum the leftovers. Staple, cauterize and gel the cuts then make an incision.
Once in, cut in with the pizza cutter smack in the middle of the screen to reveal a
scorpion nest. Zap it with the car battery three times to get rid of it, then chainsaw and
vacuum all of the scorpions. Zap all of the ants with the battery. Clean up any mess that
you leave behind. Close the incision after that.
LEVEL 79 PETER
Cut open and u found 2 eggs. Use the pizza cutter and cut the egg, you find a dark area.
slash 3times in different directions to open the insides and vacuum the insides, repeat for
the other egg. Once heal all the stitches, cut open and you found another area.
Inside u finds 2 more eggs and 3 insect nests. Use the battery and electric the 3 nests asap
or it will come out ants which are irritating, it will come out spiders and total of 7 dark
areas. Use battery to electrify the spiders, and slash all the dark areas. Once that u are
done.
Do be careful of the health as once the insides are open it will drain the health even faster
when u open more insides.
LEVEL 80 THE BOSS

Outside: Stitch up and remove items. First Area: use fire to kill the leeches, remove the
items, replace the lungs, stitch up whatever cuts you have and is done.
LEVEL 81 HENCHMAN
First Area: Use lighter and burn the leeches, remove the leeches and the items and stitch
back up. Second area: Same as first area. Third area: here you will see king leech ( the
leech with a crown), use fire and kill the king leech and it will spawn three more leeches,
afterwards it will be same as the first area.
LEVEL 82 JUNK
Cut him open, remove all the food he eaten and Cut the wires, they will show it to you
but the order is orange then blue then brown then green then red. Then afterwards below
the wires, remove the pins that is sticking out of each of the 5 rectangle container. Then
lastly burn the fuses all 3. Then stitch it up.
LEVEL 83 AUREOLA
Clean and stitch up any cuts and bruises and u will get into the first area.
First area: They will have flames and have some sort of leftover fuse and wires stuck to
the skin. Use lighter to lit it and vacuum the flames and gel any bruises. Second area:
Same as the first area but just that it has slightly more than first area.
LEVEL 84 DR. BLEED

Use the pizza cutter and will cut into several areas. First area: cut open the grubs (3 times
in different directions) and vacuum out all the grubs and stitch up. Second area: vacuum
out the flame and stitch up. Third area: use Tongs and remove the icicles. Fourth area:
wait for the worm to appear and use battery to zap it. Repeat the stance for three time
before using the scanner to scan the worm and remove it. Heal any stitches afterwards.
LEVEL 85 HORRACE D' OBSCENE
You have very limited time and a lot of bugs so pick a good partner:
Procrastibot or Professor Rippov = give you extra time
Mr Caruthers, Boomin' Bessie or Officer Brutality = kill the bugs for you. (Save your
partner for the second and third area, those are the hardest)
Use the pizza cutter to cut him open
Area 1: Use the car battery and zap the circles three times, zap the spiders once and pick
them up.
Area 2: Zap the circles three times, the orange bugs need 3 zaps to die and the small ones
1 zap.
Area 3: Use the chainsaw on the master scorpion. Three scorpions will spawn, chainsaw
them too.
Try to vacuum the poison in between, it brings the heart rate down quickly. Close the
incision.

The best way to kill them is really just positioning and timing, also playing long enough.
Zap the ants before or after the turn/change direction, and make sure your directly on
them. They're incredibly annoying, but not that difficult to master.

Another thing you can do is bring Max Chaos. He will change the ants into something
else usually easier to defeat!

You could also use mr caruthers as a partner and use it in that part to reduce the number
of ants

Surprisingly, Max Chaos is the best choice, as Officer and Caruthers sometimes won't kill
all of them and you will just waste a partner trying to kill that last ant. I'm almost at 400
stars and still hate these ants more than any other injury.

LEVEL 86 A PILE OF BOOKS
Use your car battery to zap each worm once as soon as they pop out, do this three times.
Pick them up.
Cut open the back of the book, zap each rolling worm once and pick them up.
Use your tonsils to place the shredded pages in the right place and salve them back
together. Close the incision on the book like a normal incision (staples, fire, salve)
Cut open the other book, zap all the worms, the pop up worms need three zaps to die.
Pick them all up.
Chainsaw the pages, pick them up, place the new pages and salve the line. Close the
incision.
Zap the worms and pick them up, chainsaw the book and replace the back and salve it.
It's the same for the other two books.
LEVEL 86A THE VERMINATORS

I can't collect the third star on level 86a or 102, I tried everything possible, there must be
some kind of especial way of doing this level. If anyone knows it, it would be of a great
help.
You can keep shocking the battery rapidly to charge it (and get points for each shock)
right up until the screen changes... just be careful to stop once the screen changes! You
can work quicker and need less accuracy with high-level tools. You should choose a
partner who will primarily increase your score e.g. Flow Master. Good luck, that was a
really frustrating star to get. Maybe there is a good trick to it, but I managed to get the
star doing the above.
On my 5th attempt, I tried doing this Polymorph and got Procrastibot. Use partner as
soon as its effect is usable. Like the tip above me, i rapidly charged the first battery and
got 3 +40s by the end of it. With that done, +50s at the last section is guaranteed and with
the time bonus by procrastibot i got a bit above 3400 points. Also on using the chainsaw,
instead of dragging, quicktap each line so that there wont be as much blood needed to
vacuum.
Easiest way to obtain : star rating. Select Robot Unicorn Inferno as your partner. Before
making the first incision tag him, and start at +50 for every move.
I managed to get it, suprisigly, with festive guts. While annoying, he gets you a whole
bunch of extra points. It's enough to counteract what's lost on the time bonus.
LEVEL 87 THE RECORD KEEPER
Area 1: Use the chainsaw, tap and hold down the chainsaw on the rats until they die. Pick
them up and clean up the blood.
Make an incision, pick up the broken bones with your tonsil and place back the two new
bones. Close the incision.
Area 2: The same as area 1.
Area 3: Chainsaw all the rats, use your tonsil to take out the thumbtacks and then you can
remove the post-its. Clean up the blood and you're done!
LEVEL 91 ROBOT SCORPION

I keep shocking it but it doesn't die. How do I kill it?
Figured it out, use the chainsaw after shocking it.
LEVEL 92 MONSTER
Help! Stuck with the ice ants. Tried everything but it wont work.
Need to use the battery on them.
The best way to get rid of the ice ants all at one is to use Chad Burn'em as a partner
Max chaos makes them all change, best way aside from Chad Burn'em
LEVEL 95 MONSTER
I run out of time because of all the frogs. How do I get past it?
Use a useful partner such as Bessie, carunther to help get rid of a frog or use max chaos
to change all the frog to something easier.
I realized you can cut the blue liquid, which makes it much faster than using the red
syringe.
You can also use Iron Wang or Chad Burnem to quickly get rid of the ice that the frog
keeps spawning, which should buy you a lot of time
Pick up the frog sacks/bubbles with your Tongs, and fire kills the big frog. Than just slice
open the poison with your pizza cutter to make quick work of this level
LEVEL 97 MONSTER
How to complete surgery 97 in sudden death mode? He dies when I get to the heart
Zap the heart consistently, use the batteries and make sure it doesn't stay in the red too
long. You need to do this constantly though.
How to complete? I'm stuck on the heart. Zapped the "thing" and the needle goes up but
something happens and then I die. Do I have to keep zapping it?
Keep that heart pace charged. Yes keep zapping when you see it near the red zone.
Level 98
I'm stuck. I don't know what to do after I opened the skull. Please help me!
This is a long one and a doozy. I will list out each stage below, you will be racing the
clock so best be quick but accurate as always :)
Stage 1: Cut off skull cap & tentacles will pop out. Methods for killing below - once each
is dead chainsaw them off quickly or they will come back to life.
Left most: Chainsaw 2nd from left: Electrocute 2nd from right: Fire Right most: Healing
gel
Stage 2: Remember this order because you will do this a lot. 1st: Fire 2nd: Electrocute
3rd: Chainsaw 4th: Healing Gel
Stage 3: Electrocute/Fire combo on frogs & suck up poison
Stage 4: Repeat the kill combo from Stage 2
Stage 5: Fire/Electrocute combo on bugs (not sure what type of bugs they are)
Stage 6: Repeat kill combo
Stage 7: Electrocute or fire on bees, suck up poison, heal burns
Stage 8: Repeat for more bees, 4 objects to uncover with radar thingy
Stage 10: Heal burns, fire on bombs, suck up fire/poison, etc.
Stage 12: Put all the ribs back in place
Stage 13: Repeat kill combo. IT FINALLY DIES!
Stage 14: Put brain piece back in place & fire/heal to close everything up
Congratulations, you deserve a pat on the back for finishing that :) Hope this helps!
There will be 4 tentacle here is how u kill Chainsaw the first tentacle from left, forgot the
two in between but the one color in blue is use electric and the other is fire, then the last
tentacle is gel. Once u do that quickly chainsaw the tentacle before it starts moving again
Then u meet the boss If the combo nvr change u shld follow something like this Fire,
electric, chainsaw, gel Afterwards it will send u to different part of body. I think first is
blue frog ( battery + fire) repeat x3 Aferwards send u back to boss, repeat steps go into
second. Second is the fly so electric then pick up Then back to boss again, repeat, go into
the third Third is the heart , open the heart and u found bombs, light the bomb and
vacuum the flames. Afterwards back to boss again then go into fourth Fourth is rearrange
the skeleton bones then afterwards back to boss again and repeat steps and finally boss
die and you're finished!
LEVEL 101 MONSTER

What to do after connected all the colour wire?
Solder the connection with the lighter then zap each square piece with the battery.
