CORPORATE EDUCATION TM

SURVEY
2013
The global demand for talent and capital has created a competitive and fast-changing business environment; further the
short supply of talent, and specifically, of leadership talent has begun to affect growth plans and strategies. Companies
across industries are now exploring new ways to develop a critical mass of leaders who will take their organizations to the
next level. While mentoring, coaching and job rotation continue to play a crucial role in leadership development,
organizations are now looking at long term interventions for leadership development that is addressed through formal
and structured programs. AVAGMAH conducted a nationwide survey targetting HR and L&D Heads from leading
organizations to explore Continuing Education in India Inc.
