Terms and Conditions
1. It is our responsibility to provide Valid ticket which is accepted by the Bus Operator.
2. Arrival and departure times mentioned on the ticket are only tentative timings. However the bus will not leave the source before the time that is mentioned on the ticket.
3. Passengers are required to furnish the following at the time of boarding the bus:
- A copy of the ticket (A print out of the ticket or the print out of the ticket e-mail).
- Identity proof (Driving license, Student ID card, Company ID card, Passport, PAN card or Voter ID card).
4. The company is not responsible for any loss of goods or property of the passengers and accident.
5. The company shall not be responsible for any delay or inconvenience during the journey due to breakdown of the vehicle or other reasons beyond the control of the company.
6. The trips are subject to cancellation or postponement due to breakdown of the vehicle or insufficient passengers for the trip. Under such circumstance passengers will be intimated through
email/phone as soon as possible.
7. Baggage and Luggage will be booked at owner's risk subjected to the acceptance by travel operator.
8. Please read the cancellation terms provided while booking the ticket against each travel operator.
9. The timings of bus arrivals and departures are as per the scheduled departure and arrival timings. However, the bus service provider may change the departure and arrival timings or the pickup
locations, or the buses may get delayed due to unavoidable reasons such as traffic jams.
10. No refund will be processed for No-Show Passengers (Passenger who do not report at the boarding point on time).
11. Cancellation charges are applicable on Original fare.
12. Once a bus ticket is issued, it is non-transferable.
13. Operator does not take responsibilities for the following:
i. If buses of the bus operators do not depart from the station or arrive at the station on time.
ii. If the employees of the bus operators demonstrate rude behavior or misbehave with the customers.
iii. If certain aspects of the buses of the bus operators such as seats are not up to the customer's expectations.
iv. If the bus operator cancels the trip for reasons unknown.
v. If the baggage of a customer gets lost / stolen / damaged in the event of travel.
vi. If the bus operator changes a customer's seat at the last minute to accommodate a lady / infant / aged passenger.
vii. If the customer waits at the wrong boarding point (please call the bus operator to find out the exact boarding point if you are not a regular traveler on that particular bus).
viii. If the bus operator changes the boarding point and / or uses a pick-up vehicle at the boarding point to take customers to the bus departure point.
14. Strictly Pets and Explosive Items are not allowed inside the Bus while traveling.
15. Following Ticket Cannot be Pre-pone, Postpone and Open ticket By Operator.
16. Provision of video, air conditioning and any such other services mentioned by travel partners in the buses is their own responsibility. Any refunds / claims due to non-functioning or un-availability of
these services needs to be settled directly with the bus service provider.

Between 0 to 24 hours : 100%

Between 1 to 3 Days: 20%

Between 3 to 7 Days: 10%

Between 7 to 30 Days: 10%
