Review previous topic:
a. Basic parts of the computer
b. Importance of the computer
A. MOTIVATION:
Ask the students about Microsoft Word
1. Are familiar of the Microsoft word?
2. Have you experience exploring Microsoft word?
3. What are your insights of the Microsoft word?
B. ACTIVITY:
Let the student open the Microsoft word.
1. Explore the toolbox of the Microsoft word sheet
2. Dictate words, change the font, alter size, make text bold, use italics, underline the
text.
C. ABSTACTION:
1. What is Microsoft word?
2. How to change font?
3. How to Italize, underline and bold a text?
D. APPLICATION:
Students will encode his/her personal information with the following instruction:

IV. ASSESSMENT:
A. Show students different icons related to MS word toolbars and ribbons and let them
name the picture presented.

Write a short essay with at least 50 words and encode it tomorrow.
