A13: None, sir. They were not blessed with any children.

A14: It was because, after their marriage, differences
between them arose which caused them to constantly
quarrel with each other and this ultimately strained

ilang relasyon.)

was the basis for obtaining such divorce? (Ingon sad

A18: The basis was the Japanese Law on Divorce which
provides that a Japanese national can divorce a
foreigner and one such mode of divorce is a divorce by

divorce sa usa ka langyaw ug ang usa sa pamaagi sa

A19: Yes, sir. I have a copy of the said Japanese Law which
was duly authenticated by the Vice Consul of the
Philippine Embassy in Tokyo, Japan. (Opo, sir. Naa

documents to the duly authenticated Japanese Law

mandated me to have the same Order published once
a week for three (3) consecutive weeks in a newspaper

Order published in the TEMPO newspaper on those
