GPAY Employee Cash in Service | FAQ

1. What is the employee cash in service?


Employees can refill their GPAY wallet using Employee Cash In service by sending the
following SMS to 9200
CI <space> Amount
For example: CI 100 and send to 9200

2. Who can refill GPAY using Employee Cash In service?


All GP employees regardless of regular or non-regular will be able to Refill his/her own
GPAY wallet. However, GP has the right to modify its eligible employee list time to time.

3. Can previous employees use Employee Cash In service?


No, only current employees can make use of Employee Cash In service.

4. Can an unregistered employee use Employee Cash In service?


No, unregistered users cannot use Employee Cash In service. To register, dial *777#.

5. When will the amount be adjusted?


The requested amount will be adjusted with next/any subsequent months salary. For
example, if an employee refills their wallet using employee cash in during September, then
refill amount will be adjusted with employees Octobers salary. The amount can be adjusted
with final settlement payments as well.

6. What is the maximum monthly limit for cash in?


An employee can refill maximum BDT 10,000 monthly. However, GP has the right to modify
the maximum limit.

7. What is the maximum/minimum limit for single cash in transaction?


In a single transaction, an employee can refill maximum BDT 10,000 and minimum BDT 10

8. Is there a limit on the number of cash in transaction?


There is no limit; employees can cash in as many times as they want to. There is a limit on
the cash in amount only.

9. Can employees transfer money to any GPAY wallet other than their own?
No, an employee can only refill their own wallet (Registered under their own employee
MSISDN)

10. What are the services available in GPAY?


The 3 services provided are BillPay, Train ticketing and FlexiLoad.
11. Will the user receive a confirmation message for wallet refill?
Yes, the user will receive a confirmation message from the port: EmpService that will
ensure a successful transaction.

12. Can an employee revert back or cash-out the amount cashed-in?


No, once the money is cashed-in there is no way this money can be transferred back.

13. Can I use this amount for any other service other than BillPay, Flexiload & Train
Ticketing?
No, you cannot use this amount for any other service.

14. Do I need to register myself under 9200?


No, but you need to have an active GPAY wallet to avail the services. Any new services
that may include will be communicated accordingly.

15. If I face any issue where do I call?


You can call to employee hotline number 333.
