King Rudra Sugars Limited, a company formed to engage in the business of setting up sugar
production plant and other allied products. As the process of setting up of plants, there are
many approvals which are necessary and hence we are still in the process of obtaining the
necessary approvals.

In the due course, we do not have any income earned except interest income on FD against
bank guarantee which is only Rs. 2,55,225/- for the AY 2017-18, for which return shall be
submitted before due date.

However, we were unable to file the IT return for the Assessment year 2014-15 & 2015-16. As
it is a new company and we were not aware of the process of filing, the professional engaged
has not completed the assignment and now we have engaged another professional for ensuring
the filings. Hence we will be able to file the IT returns for the AY 2016-17 & 2017-18 in few
days. However, the returns for AY 2014-15 & 2015-16 are time barred and hence, we request
you to kindly approve for filing the same.

We would like to bring to your notice that, a transaction of property sale is being reflected in
our 26AS for AY 2017-18 to the tune of Rs. 1,74,60,000/-. This has resulted due to erroneous
filing of 26QB, where in M/s King Rudra Sugars limited has purchased the property for factory
and it was not a sale transaction. Hence we request your good self to provide us the necessary
approvals to correct the transactions.
