Considering the recent wider fluctuation of exchange rate of U.S. Dollars, The above price is only a reference, the final price depends on the agreement that both parties

Payment term: After the contract is signed, the buyer pay 30% of the total value as the down payment to validate the contract; and pay the remaining 70% of the total value before
delivery of the machine.

Delivery time: 90-100 working days.

Note: 1.The seller reserves the right of modifying this quotation while exceed the valid period of this quotation.

2.The above delivery time is only for reference, because it is given based on the sellers production plan on the date of quotation. The specific delivery time should subject to the

3. BW-500 high-speed water cooling corrugator

The mould blocks are laid out in a new horizontal structure. Comparing with the vertical structure, the rigidity of corrugator is much higher and the center of
gravity is much lower so that the corrugator will be running more smoothly and stably with easier operation and maintenance.

An innovative water cooling system, which is adopted for the cooling of mould blocks, makes the cooling medium cycle in the mould blocks at a higher
flow speed to achieve a higher cooling efficiency. In this way, it can ensure the production line have a higher output, and the highest output.


Innovative design of corrugator structure makes the left and right frames be able to open and close freely, which bring great convenience for flexible
production. When it is need to change the mould blocks between different sizes, or when the corrugator is stopping without any mould blocks, the left and
right frames can be opened and closed easily so as to effectively avoid complicated adjusting operation caused by mould blocks clasping the die head


Guide track adopt new advanced design, it has more compact structure, it ensures that the equipments are running smoothly.

Mold cooling water solutions, so that moving parts are in the same direction of continuous operation, the complete elimination of the prior art solutions due
to the generation of reciprocating parts inertial impact, to ensure that the equipment, continuous, high-speed, stable operation


Automatic lubrication system, with a number of lubrication points, lubrication time and frequency can be set to run automatically

4. Quality guarantee
The guarantee period is 12 months from the date of putting the equipment installed, but not more than 15 months from the date of delivery. After the end of the
Guarantee period the Supplier is obliged to provide with lifelong service at the expense of Buyer.

During a warranty period of exploitation the Seller undertakes to execute warranty service of the equipment, troubleshooting and replacement of out of service
spares, except for breakings, bound with incorrect exploitation of the equipment by the Buyer.

5. Service
Seller provide the technical service with free, and training the workers of buyers.

6. Installation and testing

The seller can send enough technicians to the buyers company for installation and testing the lines. The round trip ticket, accommodation, transportation,
medicine treatment and insurance caused by the buyers expert in Russia will be covered by the buyer. The buyer need pay for the salary during the installation and
testing period.(300RMB/day)
