Station 20 error

Step 1: Chech drive dogs, if they aren't parallel to pallets run path,
then your belt is jammed, check pushers, transversal transfer before TC Station,
station 5-9 horizontal holders. Unjam , set belt in position(pull it till )
remove switches under stations 4, 9.1, 11, 15, 16 and one switch after those, Acknowledge, run

Step 2: Chech corner sensor, right side (as you are looking from switch loading bowls), if the pallet is driven into it,
move all the pallets on the transversal transfer one step further.(Pull the belt if drive dogs aren't parallel (See step 1)
remove switches under stations 4, 9.1, 11, 15, 16 and one switch after those, Acknowledge, run
Step 3: After checking step 1 and 2, try just to acknowledge and run, if not running check step 1-3

Index 1 different to index 2

Step 1: Count from the edge of the pallet (from right to left) every nest till the right gripper station 1 loading position

Step 2: If index check is different to actual position and index is showing right actual position
press match index check to index, it will requiere your password (operator one)

Step 3: If index check is same as actual position and index is showing a different value,
remove switches under stations 4, 9.1, 11, 15, 16 and one switch after those,

Step 4: look for supervisor/manager / someone who is instructed how to change main shift register
After responsible person changes shift register to the actual position, acknowledge, run
 Index > 21
Step 1:
Check actual position of a pallet, if it's 1 from right edge of the pallet till right loading position of gripper right

Step 2: Check fisrt horse shoe sensor 1B19.2 as counting from left to right from loading grippers station 1, if it is on
search for a maintenace person, sensor is glitched should be adjusted back
the sensor purpose is to detect the gap between the pallets, and when it sees the gap, it should be off.

Step 3: remove switches under stations 4, 9.1, 11, 15, 16 and one switch after those

Step 4: Find a supervisor, manager, someone who is instructed how to reset shift register back to 1

Step 5: Acknowledge, run

Any index error which implies actual position diferent to Index
