My Family Busy with Events and Festivals

My Family Labette has been busy with events and provid-
ing information to the Community! On August 29th, in
conjunction with United Healthcare, My Family Labette

Labette Center for Mental Health Services would like to thank
hosted a Community Baby Shower. Over 80 new or expect- all of the companies and organizations in our community that

Nursing Program
Labette Center has been working with Labette Community
College to provide nursing students with more information
about mental health and how nurses can use mental health
knowledge in the medical field. Nursing students from
Labette Community College attend a Mental Health First
Aid course as well as meet with Misti Mustain, Director Bronze Level Sponsors
of Clinical Programs during their mental health section of Bleacher Gear

The Active Parenting Teens program is an interactive approached program designed for small groups of
10 to 20 participants at a time. Groups meet for six 2 hour sessions on a weekly basis. Parents received
a comprehensive model for parenting teens and preteens. As a model program it contains information
