Bank Statement reconciliation
Bank loans' including collection and repayment.
Analyze cash flow, cost controls, and expenses to guide business leaders. Analyze
financial statements to pinpoint potential weak areas
Budget preparation, Fund allocation, execution and keeping budgetary control
Strategic financial plans, Policy formulation and Execution
Various report generation including sales, credit and analytical day in day out.
Deal with LC related Issues including Port handling
MIS and Product Costing
Preparation of monthly, quarterly, half yearly & yearly accounts
Has to be very hard working & committed
Excellent communication skill both Bengali & English.

Responsible for closely monitoring the preparation of Financing and commercial issues
with Banks,
Coordinate and monitor day to day Banking works of each unit.
Handle daily operational matters in an accurate and timely manner.
Ensure that all the financial transactions are properly account for.
Make sure the source of fund for payment of Salary and others.
Issue Fund Transfer Letter to the banks for transferring fund to the other accounts.
Have to work on Cash incentive areas
Have to work on L/C, Back to Back L/C & Commercial areas
Maintain & Monitor other Import and Export related all works
Provide various statement/reports as per requirement of the management.
Ensure bank reconciliation of each unit.
Preparation of Projected Financial for Sanction of Credit Facility from a new Bank.
Prepare Financial Statement by complying accounts standards.
Prepare Monthly Budget.
Make Inquiry of bank loans and maintain reconciliation in light of it.
Co-ordinate with tax consultant and communicate with bank.
Co-ordinate with external and internal audit team
Conduct different vendors and settle pending issues.
Prepare schedule of payment
Conduct cost benefit analysis of each activity in business processes, identify key and
critical processes to operate at optimum cost.
Monitor Tax & Vat related all issues.
Prepare MIS report
Check and verify daily cash and purchase requisitions raised by purchase department and
other departments.
Ensure proper documentation system and preserve appropriate audit evidence for future
reference.
Monitor and report monthly receivable and payable.

To direct, monitor and drive performances as per the Company's Business Plan and HL
Blue-print encompassing the various verticals of finance, controlling, HR, Admin , IT
and other functionalities pertinent to the Business Admin.
Cost Management, Risk Assessment and protecting HL interests.
Record the financial status and monitor the development of the company from a
management accounting point of view.
Manage, Steer and support the business admin, teams on all Bangladesh basis.
Establish and ensure budget and measures for area.
Coordinate and steer operational cost accountability.
Analyze key figure reporting and bench marking and take measures for optimization.
Ensure cost-optimization.
Ensure compliance with QEM targets.
Ensure and monitor adherence to Financial Directives and Guidelines.
Develop and implement balanced scorecard approach to drive performance.
Drive QEM initiative and create Quality environment within organization.
Initiate and drive process working groups.
Ensure and monitor well functioning of Compliance at Area Level.
Monitor the key figure for area and initiate actions to further improve.
Act as Focal point for audits.
Strive hard to achieve positive working capital trend by reducing avg. AR days &
increasing avg. AP outstanding days.
Drive process working groups to improve processes and achieve KPI's.
Handle credit applications in accordance with HL guidelines and in close communication
with the senior management of the area.
Develop good understanding of report to monitor KPI's.
Ensure KPI and related targets are achieved within agreed standards.
Ensure timely and accurate report submission.
Responsible for Agents performance and defining norms/frameworks to operate the
business.
Act as per the HL standard guidelines and instruction from time to time.
Manage Finance & Controlling for company ensuring deadlines are met.

Analysis Quarterly/yearly Financial Statement and report to management.


Provides financial analysis and recommendations for management decision
Maintain accounting transactions in according to established accounting standards
Establish and enforce to maintain accounting principles, practices & procedures to ensure
accurate and timely financial statements preparation
Checking of Bank Payment, Receipt and journal Voucher through accounting software &
check monthly cash/credit sales & collection.
Monitor and supervise purchase related accounting activities such as suppliers bill
provisioning, suppliers payments, advance adjustments, import monitoring and checking
Landing cost related journals
Responsible for addressing the companies tax and VAT related correspondence, organize
and manage file of all documents
Establish Costing, Cost control & cost reduction procedures
Monitor and report on Fixed Assets of the company on quarterly/monthly basis as to
opening, addition , disposal and closing of the assets
Monitor bank reconciliation, inter company reconciliation, bank loan position and bank
charges including interest
Reconciliation of production, delivery and finished goods stock status of depot and plant.
Capable in credit control and follow-up ageing report.
Understanding of business strategy, budget and forecasting model.
Strong analytical ability with business writing skill.
Streamline company's chart of accounts (CoA) with better clarity keeping in mind SAP
CoA convention and also smoothing local data entry practices
Managing company's GL and also establishing a descriptive process against each GL and
also ensuring proper GL codification according to the cost booking and monitoring that
on regular basis
Regular monitoring of company's fixed assets and also ensuring the physical counting
and tagging process are in place
Regular monitoring of company's Capex movement and ensuring proper booking follow
up of the Capex spending
Working for all external financial audit reports preparation working with auditors for
audit activities
Working with HR for ensuring regular PF related compliances and also monitoring PF
audit from Finance standpoint
Working with the Financial Control Team for all of the financial GL related
reconciliations, bank reconciliations on regular basis
Working with the intra company partners for all of the intra company payables
reconciliations are in place
Working with the rest of the Finance team during month end processes
Supervise team regarding their day-to-day VAT related activities & provide proper
feedback/training & coaching for ensuring proper documentation of VAT related
papers/documents in a timely manner.
Ensure timely deposit of VAT to the VAT Current A/C of all business units through
proper treasury challan & establish control mechanism across the group so that no
surprise arises in course of time.
Ensure preparation & lawful submission of VAT return & related appeals to the
appropriate authority.
Ensure timely filing of cases in appropriate tribunal/court through following relevant
VAT Act & Customs Act in case of dispute raised regarding VAT calculation & unsolved
in lower level of VAT authority.
Preparation of annual/periodical tax return of Enterprise.
Ensure proper documentation, control and maintain necessary records in respect to
Income tax and VAT.
Planning and dealing with TAX and VAT related issues internally & externally.
Liaison and maintain all tax related correspondences with respective regulatory
authorities to obtain tax benefits.
Prepare and disseminate required report on organization taxation.
Liaison and correspond with internal tax team, leadership team, partner organization and
other internal and external stakeholders.
Execution of related activities on preparing and filing of returns with respective
authorities.
