* Return of Containers : Containers to be returned within 10 days upon lifting, failing which detention charges will be

* Containers are to be returned back after stuffing, to buffer yard/port prior to the cut-off period. Documentation to the
nominated shipping line has to be completed within 10 free days granted at the port of origin from the date of pick up of
containers from the empty yard.
* Shippers are liable for the cost of any damage that may arise to the container after receipt from the yard upto drop off
at prestack/back to pick up yard if not used.
* In case of damage, full repair cost will be recovered but if repairs cannot be carried out in India, the entire cost
involved in positioning the unit from India to any other country for repairs would be part of our claim. If ISO tank is
declared as "Total Loss" then "Replacement value - USD 36,000/ tank" would be recovered from shipper.
* Container not to exceed payload as indicated on container. Any damage to container due to excess loading all charges
on shipper a/c .
* Any penalty leived by the terminal, due to incorrect information provided by you,will be debited to your account.
* Form 13 to be collected from our Operation office at 108/109 Freight Forwarders Bldg, Opp JNPT Township Uran-
panvel Road, Navi Mumbai - 400707. Tel no : 61412500 / Fax:27472536.
* Docments to be handed over upon the Gate in of the container at the above address.
* Hazardous Cargo Declaration:- Mandatory to be submitted at our JNPT office in advance.
* Reefers: Carrier not responsible for over stowage above recommended load line., inherent vise discolouration, over
ripening or rotten damage. Cargoes are presumed to be pre-cololed prior stuffing. Ensure that Trailers arriving at yard
for pick up have functional gensets, failingwhich Reefer containers will not be released.
* ODC: All ODC contianers have to be given loading under the Hook by Shipper as per NHS Port Rules. Cargoes are
assumed to be pre-lashed. No additional lashing of pre-lashing required at POL & Transhipment point. If any, additional

cost will be under customer a/c. Basis corner casting not blocked and Lashing to Master's satisfaction.
* IRAN: Kindly note, as per the Iran Custom rules, that any haz cargo landing without necessary Haz Sticker or any
container which lands with non-haz cargo but, with a haz sticker will be charged USD 5,000/20 & USD 10,000/40
+ other charges respectively which will be on shipper a/c.
