SRA Logon Job Aide

To logon to the Autoport Web Portal site, there are a few steps to complete the first time. This job aid explains
what you need to do to set yourself up initially and how to logon going forward.

Before you start


You will need to have these 4 things:

- Token : This will be sent to you by mail to your terminal.


Please check with your supervisor if you havent been given one.

- Token pin #: This is a 4 digit number representing your year and month of birth (YYMM)
(For example, if you are born June 2nd, 1975, your token pin # is 7506).

- XT Pin # : An email will be sent to you with this number. Make sure to keep it.

- XT Password: A separate email will be sent to you with this password for security purposes.

1. Set-up your security Questions


In order for the help desk to support you with any questions or issues in the future, you must set-up your security
questions. This is a one-time set-up.

1. From your Web Browser, go to sra.cn.ca/questions


- Enter your User ID: This is your XT Pin #
- Enter your Password: This is your XT Password
- Click Sign In

Please note: You will be asked to change the temporary password you were sent by email to a permanent
password . Follow the on screen instructions.

2. Click on Set Up/Edit your IT service desk questions.

Please note: You may be asked to renter your User ID and Password to continue with selecting your questions.

3. Click on Set Up/Edit your IT service desk questions.

4. Select 5 questions to use as your security questions and enter the answers for each one. When finished, click
the OK button.

5. Close the browser to save the entries.

2. Setup Pop Up Blocker


Please note: that the SRA.CN.CA isnt fully compatible with Microsoft Edge, the recommended browser is Internet
Explorer 11.

Before you can continue, you must Setup the pop-up blocker to allow pop-ups on sra.cn.ca.

1. If your menu bar is not visible, hit the ALT key on your keyboard to display it.
Note: If you have Chrome, the steps may be different. In this case, go to your settings. In advanced settings
you will find pop up exceptions.

1. Click Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker settings

3. Under Address of website to allow, type in sra.cn.ca.

4. Click the Add button to add the SRA site to the list of Allowed sites.

5. Click on Close to save the changes.

You are now ready to logon to the Autoport Web Portal.

3. Logging onto the Autoport Web Portal


1. From your browser, go to sra.cn.ca/autoport . This will bring you to the Autoport Extranet logon page.

2. Enter your User ID: This is your XT Pin number.


3. Enter your Password: This is the new permanent password your created when you selected your security
questions. If you have not selected your security questions yet, we suggest that you do that step first before
logging on to the Autoport Web Portal.
4. Enter the Token number: This is a combination of your 4 digit Pin # and your 6 digit One Time Password
(OTP). Enter the 10 digits.
5. Click Sign In.

A popup will open asking you to install Pulse Secure ActiveX.

6. Click the install button.

You are now signed onto the Autoport Extranet Portal. Select the menu option desired.

4. Logging into SAP


1. SAP Connection: Use this link to access all SAP applications

2. SAP GUI: Click on this link to access the SAP applications such as My CN Voucher and Travel Expense
Manager.

A popup will open asking you to install Citrex Client.

1. Click the Click here to continue button.

2. Click the Run button.

3. When the installation is complete, click the OK button, and close any extraneous windows.

4. Click the SAP GUI link again.

The first time you run the Citrex client you will need to give it permission to run.

5. Click the Allow button.

6. When the UAC popup window opens, click Allow.

7. Click the Always button.

8. Click Remember My Decision

The SAP Logon screen opens.

To log into SAP:

1. Enter your User ID: This is your XT Pin number.

2. Enter your Password: This is your XT Password you received by email.

3. Hit the [Enter] key on your keyboard.

The first time you log into SAP, you will be prompted to create a new password.

To create the new password:

1. Enter your new Password.

2. Re-enter your Password to confirm.

3. Click the Checkmark to save your new password.

The SAP Easy Access screen is displayed.
