Application
Section
Task
1(a):
I
think
that
the
ability
to
add
comments
on
cells
allows
users
to
fully
understand
the
information
in
the
cell
because
most
cells
dont
include
a
description.
An
example
is
a
sales
report
for
a
company
that
had
a
huge
decrease
in
the
year
2011.
In
the
added
comment,
the
accountant
could
add
that
there
was
a
recall
on
one
of
the
items
that
year,
so
that
is
why
there
was
such
a
huge
decrease.
Task 1(b):
Naming
a
range
of
cells
provides
the
user
with
a
very
organized
spreadsheet.
Being
able
to
search
for
the
range
of
cells
in
the
name
box
and
be
directed
there
is
very
convenient
when
working
with
a
large
spreadsheet.
An
example
may
be
a
sales
report
for
a
company.
With
cell
names,
you
are
able
to
search
for
a
certain
year
and
also
sum
up
any
profitable
range
of
cells
you
would
like.
