CASE STUDY!
Refer to Fast Fashion, page 289-290, required;
a. Answer all questions, from 9-14 to 9.18 (50%)
b. Identify ONE (1) local/international/global company that exists
in the Fashion industry and critically review its competitive
advantage(s) and highlight its strategic achievement in the
industry. You may include the extent to which internal and
external environment have affected its strategies in your write-
up (30%)
c. Using Porter-5 Model, describe Zaras competitive strategy.

Guidelines
Part (a) is based on the input from the case study
given in the text book.
Part (b&c) require students to refer to
newspapers, business issues, business magazines,
online news, databases etc. Students are NOT
ALLOWED to copy and paste contents from online
news portals.
You may quote the points/phrases from any
source of data/information, put forward your
explanation, argument and justification in the
write-up. Show your references.

Your write-up should have a cover page:-
group names, ids, Programme, lecturers full
name, title of the case study, date, should be
displayed on the page.
F-size 12, f-type times roman, 1.5 spacing,
justified.
No more than 20 pages.
