GENERAL COMMENTS / INSTRUCTIONS

Good afternoon Dorothy,

My name is Evan and Today I performed a customized treatment of your home. There was precipitation today in your area. I adjusted my treatment to include specialized
treatment products and techniques designed to be used for just this type of weather conditions. Because of this specialized treatment You should expect to see the same
great results as previous treatments. I started out by de-webbing your home around the soffits,downspouts, and windows. The brush has a dust treatment on it help keep
insects like spiders and wasps away. I noticed very little spider and wasp activity around the home which is a good sign the treatments are effect. If you are noticing wasps
hanging out on the side of the home this is a usual thing for this time of the year, as it gets colder they will sit on the home to regulate their body temperature. As long as
their is no nest they wont be aggressive. Next I applied a liquid treatment around your house a few feet up and a few off of the home. This treatment will act as a barrier to
help keep insects out of the home. I made sure to get around the windows and doors as well. I made sure to avoid any personal items. I also inspected around the home
for any openings or possible entry points for mice and other pests. Everything looked to be sealed up tight.

Today was your quarterly treatment your next service will be in 90 days. Allow 10 to 14 days for the treatment to take effect. Please do not touch any treated areas
