I worked as a house physician in Medical unit 1 Services Hospital Lahore for six months that is from 4
may 2006 to 20 july 2006 and from 21 january 2007 to 4 may 2007.This teaching unit was engaged in
active teaching of Medicine.during my stay in this unit i learnt various routine medical procedures like
pleural tap,ascitic tap,lumber puncture,passing CVP line,passing endotracheal tube, and I learnt day to
day management of patients both indoor and outdoor.I also attended emergencies and learned to
manage acute medical emergencies .I also completed four weeks attachment in Neurology,two weeks
in Endoscopy section and two weeks in Hepatitis clinic.
