1. Would you work if you didn't have to? Why?

a I would absolutely work if I didnt need to. I find that working doesnt just
support my financial endeavors, but supports my emotional and physical
well-being. I see work as an outlet for productivity and creativity that
stimulates my mind and gives me a sense of accomplishment.

2. In what kinds of work situations would you work harder than you ordinarily do?

a I work my hardest in situations where time is a limiting factor. Exceptional


work is important to me and working under a time constraint, or having to
balance several responsibilities in a short amount of time, makes me work
faster and harder to achieve my standards in a short amount of time.

3. Are there situations where you would work for less than normal pay? What would be
the compensating rewards?

a While not ideal, there are situations where I would be willing to work for a
less than normal pay. The main compensating reward for me would be
showing my loyalty to an endeavor that I find important.

4. If you could use your work to indulge in your favorite form of play, what would you
be doing?

a I would be doing work involving writing or reading. I love reading and


creative writing, especially involving novels or scriptwriting, and would love
to be able to utilize that creativity in the workplace.

5. What activities do you pursue when you have completely free time with no
obligations?

a In my free time, I typically read, write, or socialize by playing board games


or card games with friends.

6. If you were free to schedule your working time any way you like within a 7 day \
week, what would your calendar look like?

a If I could schedule my work time, my calendar would have a lot of variety


week-to-week and be different depending on what Im working on and who
Im working with.

a While I strongly believe that you can always be compassionate towards


others, there are times when you still must enforce policies or rules that
other people may not like.

13. How would you like to change this situation?

a While there is no way to change this situation, there are ways to handle it. In
times that policies need to be enforced that people may not like, theres
never a reason to be hateful or rude to someone else- whether it be a
teammate or customer.
