SUBMISSION OF TWO-PAGE SHORT PAPERS
The ICCE-18 conference proceedings will consist of detailed two-page extended short papers. Each page has a two-column format. Please
use single-line space to save space. The first line is the paper title (spanning two columns) and it should be of fond size 14 with ALL
CAPITAL LETTER “bold” typeset. The second line is blank, the third line is the name of the authors in bold face, fond size 11,
centered, spans two columns. The fourth line is the postal mailing address, preferably written in only one line, non-bold, fond size 11, also
centered. The rest of the text is also in fond size 11. Please keep approx. 1/2 inch margin on all edges. SHORT PAPERS MUST BE
SUBMITTED BY E-MAIL (please do not submit short paper by postal mail, if too big a computer file, use pdf file). Keep total emailed
file size as low as possible. Please underline the name of the presenter. WHENEVER POSSIBLE, PLEASE PUT PRESENTER AS
FIRST AUTHOR since we file all abstracts by first author. Please ask presenter to be the corresponding person.. Short papers will
be reviewed, and must be full of details and results, thus, please include as many figures as possible in these two pages, and fill up the
entire second page. Short papers should be emailed immediately, or as soon as possible, but before May 4, 2010, after this date we will
continue to receive short papers if there are vacancies. If you wish to develop sessions, please inform D. Hui. Interested authors should
email IMMEDIATELY (do not assume email comes through until you receive the acknowledgement) the tentative PAPER TITLES and
a suggested subject category to: Chairman of ICCE-17: Professor David Hui, University of New Orleans, Dept. of Mechanical
Engineering, New Orleans, LA 70148 Fax: (504)-280-6192, dhui@uno.edu www.uno.edu/~engr/composite
