TRUTH AFFIDAVIT of Peace Declaration

I, (Proper Noun Name and surname), hereinafter the Agent for (ALL CAPITALS I.D.
NAME) TRUST/ EXEMPTION TRANSMITTING UTILITY NUMBER (I.D. OR S.S.
NUMBER 1234567890) being of sound mind, over the age of 21 years, have first-hand
knowledge of the facts stated herein as a Peace Affidavit. I will tell My Truth, my Whole
Truth and nothing but My Truth under the pains and penalties of perjury.

I, the Agent, am not a created entity, a corporation, a British Commonwealth subject, a

citizen of the (R.S.A./U.S.A) subject to the jurisdiction of the (R.S.A./U.S.A), a resident,
citizen or subject of any territory, a citizen nor a resident of any land. I am a child of
My Creator and my citizenship is in Heaven. While a sojourner on this earth, I sojourn on
the land commonly known as (Proper Noun Name of Country/State/Province). My
Creator, who created the Universe and owns all land, is Sovereign, and I am Sovereign.

The PTY (Ltd), known as (R.S.A./U.S.A), re-venued citizens as corporate fiction trusts,
each with its own account, with the institution of birth certificates. The Birth Certificate
created for (ALL CAPITALS I.D. NAME), as a citizen employee of the PTY(Ltd) or any
derivative thereof, is by this Peace Treaty declared null and void nunc pro tunc praeterea
preterea. Any licence created through said birth certificate to enslave the living soul as a
fiction is by this Peace Treaty declared null and void nunc pro tunc praeterea preterea. From
this day forward this Trust will be recognised by all Agents for the Trust that it is.

I, the Agent, hereby declare a Peace Treaty with all people representing corporations.
I am a natural born soul on the land, a sojourner where the land will forever belong to the
women and men by Natural Law.

I have never been at war with anyone or any nation and we are at peace with all Men and
Women, all governments, all kings and queens and anyone who would profess to be our
enemy. Creation, above, around and below is at Peace with all Men and Women.
I hereby declare a Peace Treaty with all One People. Men and Women are created as
Sovereign, Living Souls with inherent rights to life, liberty, property and happiness. The
corporations then re-created copies of the Sovereigns as corporate fictions with the
institution of birth certificates and re-venued the copies into Admiralty jurisdiction. We,
The One People, Sovereigns are at International Common Law Jurisdiction, Natural Law,
and the Law of the Land.

Any assumed pre-existing contract between us and all, now foreclosed, corporations is
hereby declared null and void nunc pro tunc praeterea preterea, un-rebutted as a matter of
law, as matter of fact, and as a matter of public policy. Any licences created through said
birth certificate to enslave the Living Soul as a fiction, is by this Peace Treaty declared null
and void nunc pro tunc praeterea preterea. All Affidavits filed from this day forward will
stand as The Truth in Commerce.
From this day forward, I, as one of the One People and all positive agencies of change, will
live at Natural Law Peace with all People of Earth, their territories, anyone dealing in
commerce and throughout the Universe.
Peace, Peace, Peace is unto all creatures of Creation. Self-defence is a Natural Law of
Nature, given to all creatures including men and women, but as much as we can, we will
live at Peace with all of Creation, including other men and women.
This Peace Treaty was prepared by Brother Thomas, Advocate of the International
Common Law Court of Justice for South Africa and bonded public servant to the One
People, and if un-rebutted within thirty (30) days is nunc pro tunc preterea praeterea as of the
arrival of the law of the sea on the Land.

Self-governed in Truth, Integrity, Responsibility, Accountability and Transparency to the

One People of the Land.
