1. CABIFY otorgar Avios a clientes de Cabify privados (no corporativos), que sean socios de los progra-
mas Iberia Plus (IBP), British Airways Executive Club (BAEC) o Vueling Club (VC) (Socios del Programa).

2. Los Socios del Programa que utilicen los servicios de Cabify Lite o Cabify Executive en el territorio de
Espaa recibirn 1 Avios por cada 1 KM recorrido. (En el caso particular de Vueling Club aplican las con-
diciones de Espaa).

3. Los Socios del Programa que realicen trayectos con Cabify Lite o Cabify Executive en Portugal, Chile,
Mxico y Brasil recibirn 1 Avios por cada 2 KM recorridos.

4. Los Socios del Programa debern seguir los siguientes pasos para poder obtener Avios:

a) El titular de la cuenta CABIFY deber ser socio del programa de afiliados al momento de
solicitar el trayecto.

b) El usuario debe introducir su nmero de socio Iberia Plus, British Airways Executive Club o
Vueling Club en la App de CABIFY, en la seccin AJUSTES / PERFIL/ PROGRAMA, antes de
solicitar el servicio.

c) Solo puede tener un programa de fidelizacin activo en la cuenta de Cabify a la vez.

d) La cuenta no puede acumular puntos simultneamente con otros programas.
e) En cualquier momento, el usuario puede cambiar de Programa y tendr que volver a insertar
el nmero de socio correspondiente.
f) Los Avios se acumularn solamente en el programa que est seleccionado en la app. Si el
usuario introduce incorrectamente el nmero de socio del programa, ser su total responsabili-
dad como usuario, y no se podrn acumular los Avios correspondientes.

5. Los Avios se emitirn y canjearn de acuerdo con los trminos y condiciones de los Programas de
fidelizacin. Consltelos para Iberia Plus en www.iberia.com, para British Airways Executive Club en
www.ba.com y para Vueling Club en www.vueling.com/es.

6. Si los kilmetros recorridos mensuales acumulados quedarn fraccionados, la acumulacin se aproxi-

mar al nmero entero prximo ms cercano (ejemplo 1: 23,7 kilmetros igual a 24 kilmetros / ejemplo
2: 23,2 kilmetros igual a 23 kilmetros. Nota: 23,5 kilmetros ser igual a 24 kilmetros).

7. La obtencin de Avios no es retroactiva. Solo se acreditarn los Avios de los trayectos realizados des-
pus de introducir el programa de fidelizacin en la cuenta Cabify del usuario privado.

8. Se entregar un bono de 400 Avios a cada Socio del Programa que descargue por primera vez la
aplicacin de CABIFY y haga uso de cualquier servicio Lite o Executive. Corresponde un solo bono de
400 Avios por cada Socio del Programa que instale y use CABIFY por primera vez. Este bono tampoco
es retroactivo. Solo se aplicar si haces tu primer trayecto en Cabify despus de ingresar tu nmero de
fidelizacin.

9. La obtencin de Avios no es acumulable con otras promociones o descuentos Cabify.

10. Los Avios sern acreditados en la cuenta del Socio del programa en un plazo no mayor a 15 das de
la utilizacin del servicio.

11. La utilizacin de los Avios obtenidos en esta promocin est sujeta a los trminos y condiciones de los
programas Iberia Plus www.iberia.com, British Airways Executive Club www.ba.com y Vueling Club
http://www.vueling.com/es.

12. Los Trminos y Condiciones de los programas podrn ser modificados en cualquier momento, infor-
mado al usuario oportunamente.

1. CABIFY will award Avios to customers who are members of the Iberia Plus (IBP), British Airways Execu-
tive Club (BAEC) or Vueling Club (VC) programs ("Program Members").

2. Program Members who use CABIFY's services in the territory of Spain will receive 1 Avios per 1 KM in
both Cabify Lite and Cabify Executive services. (In the special case of Vueling Club, Program Members
will receive Avios according to the conditions for Spain).

3. Program Members who use the services in the territories of Portugal, Chile, Mexico and Brazil will re-
ceive 1 Avios for every 2 KM traveled, in both Cabify Lite and Cabify Executive services.

4. Program Members must follow these simple steps to obtain Avios:

A. The CABIFY account holder must be a member of the Loyalty Program at the time of ordering
the journey.
B. The user must enter the Iberia Plus, British Airways Executive Club or Vueling Club member
number in the CABIFY App, in the PROFILE/ EDIT PROFILE / LOYALTY PROGRAM section. The
Loyalty Program has to be pre-selected when ordering the journey.
C. Users can only have one active loyalty program per Cabify account at one time.
D. Account holders can not accumulate points simultaneously with other programs.
E. At any time, the user can change the program and will have to re-insert the corresponding
partner number.

 F. Avios will accumulate only in the program that is selected in the app. If the user incorrectly
enters the membership number of the program, it will be his/her full responsibility as a user, and
the corresponding Avios can not be accumulated.

5. The Avios will be issued and exchanged according to the terms and conditions of each of the Loyalty
Programs. Consult them here for Iberia Plus www.iberia.com, for British Airways Executive Club at
www.ba.com and for Vueling at www.vueling.com/en for more details.

6. If accumulated monthly kilometers are fractionated, the accumulation will approximate the nearest
whole nearest number (example 1: 23.7 kilometers equals 24 kilometers / example 2: 23.2 kilometers
equals 23 kilometers. Important: 23.5 kilometers equals 24 kilometers).

7. Users cant obtain Avios retrospectively. Avios will only be credited when the journey takes place after
the user has correctly entered their loyalty program in his/her account.

8. A 400 Avios bonus will be given to each program member that downloads the CABIFY App for the first
time and makes use of any service, Lite or Executive. This is limited to one single bonus of 400 Avios per
program member. This bonus cant be earned retrospectively either. It will only apply if the users first
journey in Cabify takes place after he/she has already entered correctly his/her loyalty program number.

9. Obtaining Avios is not cumulative with other promotions or Cabify discounts.

10. Avios will be credited to the account of the Program Member within a period of no more than 15 days
from the use of the service.

11. The use of Avios obtained in this promotion is subject to the terms and conditions of the Iberia Plus
program www.iberia.com, British Airways Executive Club www.ba.com and Vueling Club www.vue-
ling.com/en.

12. The Terms and Conditions of the programs may be modified at any time, as long as the users are
informed in a timely manner.
