investigator, Mr. DePowell is a 2007, grad-
uate of the University of Hawaii and a 2009
graduate of the Widener University, Com-
monwealth Law School, and is admitted to

Mr. Crisp also serves as the regional
defense counsel for the Army National
Guard of the Commonwealth of Pennsyl-
vania, and is responsible for the criminal
defense of Soldiers assigned to the Penn-
sylvania Army National Guard. Mr. Crisp
also served on active duty as Army Judge
hundreds of Soldiers as well as the training
numerous criminal defense attorneys un-
der his supervision. Much of the training
and criminal defense work involved the
illegal use of alcohol and narcotics.
