2006 present: Provide 1:1 support for children with developmental disabilities by
promoting their ability to reach their full potential in home and in the community. Establish
rapport with clients and families alike and independently coordinate graded activities for
children. Facilitate activities for children in group setting in order to effectively engage
with peers. Demonstrate effective time management skills to complete tasks with a variety
of clients. Maintain excellent communication with families and offsite supervisors.

implemented problem solving strategies using different educational approaches to improve
