II. TEAM CAPSTONE CASE DESCRIPTION


Oldies Soda Shoppe is an old-fashioned ice cream parlor that has been in business for over a hundred
years. It has grown steadily in this time and has now saturated the market in the U.S. The desire of the
marketing department is to expand Oldies overseas. Our task is to select an appropriate city outside the
U.S. and open a new Oldies Ice Cream Shoppe!
III. TEAM MANAGEMENT PLAN

We will meet once per week at minimum on Monday at 6pm CT. If a follow-up meeting is required, a
time and date will be agreed upon by the majority of the group members.

Agenda and meeting minutes will be posted to the corresponding week team discussion thread.

d) Documentation: How will documentation be shared and stored? When will documents be delivered to
the team leader for submission to the drop box?

We will utilize the files folder for this, which will allow visibility for the professor as well as ensure all
documents are available in case an emergency occurs within the group.

If document is changed in any way, we will utilize version numbers at the end of the document title (v2,
v3, etc.)

VI. CONFLICT MANAGEMENT PLAN

VII. Commitment
Each team member is to write an individual commitment statement (if on-site, each team member
will sign their commitment statement).

Mary Edwards: I am committed this team and doing this project to the best of my abilities. I will help anyone that I
can when I am asked to. I will try my best to use APA format and hit the ground running with this project.
Jaclyn Molyneux: I will lead this group to the best of my ability and ensure my deliverables are completed when
required. I will work as a team player to ensure everyone is on the same page and aware of their requirements.
Kimberly Hamilton: Im committed to being a team player, doing 110% my best to this team.
Sulaiman Sarki: Can work on things as required, and on time. Can work accordingly with teammates, and provide
help.
Monisha Somji: I will ensure my complete commitment & will be highly engaged to make this program a success.
